As humans we need some kultura, some chivalry post hast. What's funny is they're doing this out of instinct, and us humans have lost that.

(Sept. 24) -- Seven elephants have been killed by a speeding freight train in eastern India, after two baby elephants strayed onto the tracks and older ones followed to try to save them.

The deadly collision happened under a full moon late Wednesday in West Bengal between two protected wildlife zones where trains are supposed to slow down, USA Today reported. More than 20 elephants have died there in a little over a year, chief state forest conservator Atanu Raha told Agence France-Presse.

People gather Thursday near one of the elephants that was killed by a train in India's West Bengal state.

But the number of animals killed in a single accident this week was "unprecedented and shocking," the World Wildlife Fund's local director in West Bengal, Sashwati Sen, told The Times of India. Local forest officials are preparing a report on the accident and plan to meet India's railway minister next week, the paper reported.

"One of the elephants was dragged for about 400 meters (yards), while the other four died on the spot," district official Kalyan Das told India Today. Two others were severely injured and died hours later, he said. "It is a ghastly sight," forest conservator S. Patel told the same paper. The baby elephants were among the dead.

Tracks between New Jalpaiguri and Assam were blocked for several hours Thursday by other elephants from the same herd who rushed to the scene to guard the seven dead bodies and an eighth animal who was wounded but survived, AFP reported. IS THAT NOT f*ckING AMAZING? THEY'RE GUARDING THEIR DEAD, this brings a tear to my eye. They've got more humanity from doing the right thing that's natural to them, then those of us that claim to be big brained, just amazing.

It breaks my heart to read stories like this one...

Us humans, we're bucking nature, leaving a path of destruction in our wake. Just so we can have things 'quick' or get there 'fast'.

Slow the f*ck down people!! Why do we need this fast pace lifestyle anyway? The price we pay for our advancements, is just not worth it, imo.

Chivalry, honor, virtue, noble ideals and integrity aren't dead General, though sorely lacking I must admit. As long as good people continue to carry that flame it will never die, the hard part is passing it on to others. I suspect and witness that all of these things exist much more than you may think, even from our jaded perspective. The spirit of right vs wrong and good from bad runs deep and isn't easily extinguished and resistance is a natural reaction.

Keep the faith, chivalry is alive and well.

The third world turds are reproducing at an alarming rate and encroaching on natural habitats.

You could even say this is symbolic of what third world scum are doing to whites (the elephants)
