How Gypsy gangs use child thieves
Across Europe thousands of Roma (Gypsy) children are being forced onto the streets to beg and steal, and law enforcement agencies are seemingly powerless to prevent it.
Cash machines in Madrid are a particular target for street crime. The cardholder is distracted at the crucial moment by one person, allowing a child to dive in, grab the money and run off.
Thirteen-year-old Daniela says she can make 300 euros (£260) from a single successful robbery without any risk of being punished.

Romanies
A long road
Europe’s Romanies have a mostly horrible time. But they are thriving in America

I was with a tour group in Venice when my mom to me to "get that girl, pick pocket!"
I was just out of boot camp and took after her like a pit bull.
A hundred yards I caught the 7 year old gypsy girl and grabbed her arm real hard and told her to give me the wallet.
She was crying crocodile tears saying she doesn't have anything.
I searched her and she was right every purse and pocket she had was completely empty.
I knew how they operated and proceded to put her to her knees by twisting her arm telling her that is fine I will just break her arm. Now came the real tears.
Out of the crowd came an older girl maybe 13 she begged for me to let her go. I proceeded to grab her arm and put her to the ground. I was not really hurting them but it does not take much to scare a little girls.
By know my tour group and the police came to the scene in the middle of Saint Marks square. The tour group confirmed that it was this girl that got an elderly mans back wallet. And the police were trying to reason with me in Italian. But the tour crowd were keeping the cops busy by yelling at them.
Now came the mothers of the girls crying telling me to let them go. I twisted the arms a little more and asked for the wallet.
After another tense minute or two; out of the crowd came a man who caught my eye immediately. We made eye contact as he approached and while everyone was arguing dropped the cashless wallet at my feet and disappeared into the crowd.
These are generational thieves who breed criminals from birth. They are sophisticated and very good. Keep your belongings in you front pocket or in a travel vest. When approached by them shoo them away as if they are dogs with fleas.
That was my gut reaction to handling someone elses pocket getting picked.
Can you imagine how I am going to be when this mother of all thefts is complete?
I am just getting warmed up with the Academy.

I'm not sure it's true, but I read a long time ago that the Gypsies and the Khazars come from the same stock over 2000 years ago. This did not surprise me, Gypsies have similar features, culture and character, they only lack the keen intellect of the Khazars.
Examine the concept of "Nomadic"... Ancient nomads were either herders or hunter-gatherers. The Indian tribes of North America fit this description, but their nomadic activity was confined to their own territory, they did not routinely wander into other triibes territory just to hunt and gather.
But the Jews of the diaspora and the Gypsies were neither hunter-gatherers nor herders they were parasites and not having a nation of their own was their defense. They "had to" be nomadic parasites because they were poor victims.
A parasite needs a host, thus a parsitic tribe does not want a nation of their own to starve in.

In Chile about 20 kids (10 and under) make a circle around you begging for money and the next thing that you know everything that you own is gone.........I knew about this so that as soon as the first two came to me I used my bullwhip and no one else came to me, the people in the area were ready to jump on me (I look like a gringo) but because I spoke the language and started to curse like an angry sailor they stood back.........to them the kids are only trying to make a living.
