We were discussing this earlier this morning in my office. The question raised was how can the US compete with China/India? The answer was it can't, because we moved the manufacturing of products overseas. Bringing manufacturing back entails so much more than just the idea of it. It would take many years (10?) to rebuild the dismantled infrastructure required.

Exactly. I remember all those American goyim workers who lost their job being told that they just needed "Retraining" to compete in the new global economy.

Yep and the longer they wait the harder it would be to setup the plants and manufacturing capability. The reason is the skilled craftsmen, technicians and operators that have the know how and could help train new workers. Could or would not be there to help. If the plants could come back sooner there is a good chance the old workers that had the know how, could help get production up and running up to speed. Providing the machinery is there to make it possible.
The longer the big corps do not make the move back the harder and longer it will be to setup and train new workers that do not have a clue about what is what.

Then there is the availability and the ability of building the production machinery, most is custom built to do particular jobs. And a lot of that capability has moved across the boarder or offshore.

Don't you just love it?

All done in the name of greed! To help turn this country into a possible in so many ways third world country.

All done in the name of profit at any cost.
