(DRUG cartel) PIRATES on Falcon Lake in S. Texas kill an American. Likely specific individual suspects are identified. Mexican officials quake in their boots while on the USA side the officials act as if their hands are completely tied (even going to DRUG cartels with hat in hand and BEGGING for the return of the body - "We won't prosecute, we PROMISE!"). Meanwhile pirates continue their operations on Falcon Lake unabated, Mexican forces are intimidated by the DRUG cartels (been warned off by the DRUG cartels to the point of not willing to even have a press conference about the situation) and the family is unable to get the body back due to everyone being skeered of the DRUG cartels. Not to mention because there's no body or jetski as evidence (duh) so called Law Enforcement has some doubts about the widow's account of events.

TERRITORY. A part of a country, separated from the rest, and subject to a particular jurisdiction. - This definition can be found in Bouvier's 1856 Law Dictionary and was identical verbatim in all editions of Black's Law Dictionary up through the 6th Ed. (In 1999 West Law completely changed the definition of the term territory in the 7th Ed. of Black's to an entirely different meaning, just in time for their NWO scheme.)

The DRUG cartels have established their own authority, jurisdiction, unchallenged control, whatever you want to call it in certain areas of N. America (e.g. Falcon Lake and those areas in Arizona where the BLM has posted areas as being too dangerous to enter) and the DRUG cartels continue to take more territory. This raises so many questions, such as: Which DRUG cartel will govern us in the future? Will the current BUSHCO crime syndicate be displaced by one of the Mexican DRUG cartels?

(CNN) -- The lead Mexican investigator in the Falcon Lake case, Rolando Armando Flores Villegas, has been killed, his severed head delivered Tuesday in a suitcase to the Mexican military, officials told CNN...

While Luis Homero Uvalle, a spokesman for the office, told CNN the suspects are brothers who are "well known to this area" -- identifying them only as "El 27" and "El 31" -- Dario-Rios, the chief spokesman for the attorney general said, "We have nothing official about suspects in the disappearance of David Hartley. I do not know where that is coming from."

Dario-Rios said Monday that Flores had not indicated to him that any suspects had been identified.

Eva Rodriguez, Flores' secretary, said the news of his death came as a surprise. "We saw [Rolando] last night," she said. "After he came back [from the search for Hartley] we were all together here in the office. That was the last time any of us saw him."

Go figure. You declare a war on drugs, and the people involved in the drug trade fight back. Who knew that would happen?

Why can't we use the Army to go after those evil brown people instead of the other kind? The commute would be a hell of a lot shorter.

I mean if we have to have scarry boogiemen under our beds can't we at least use the real ones for Peatsake?

This indicates the fully failed national govts in N. America. The fact that these guys were in Govt and stayed there says everything that needs to be said.
