I think they were planning to show up but something came up and they had to postpone their visit. I think that there was an "alien marriage" that interfered with their plans to show up today. I was planning to welcome them with open arms and offer them a glass of orange juice and some pepperoni pizza but now I am disappointed in the aliens. Bummer...........

That New York object has been all over the net. I didn't pay it much thought, figured it was a hoax or something considering "they" are supposed to show up today. Then twitter started lighting up from New York, Huff post, GLP, ATS, Daiypaul, here, and a bunch of others are confirming that something is in the skies over new york.

Second video (the very beginning) shows the 'teathered lights' (but often not acting teathered) that is a very common sighting.

This was the same type of light observed (by others) over my west coast city last fall after dark (lights were more orange) and the most common type of recent 'ufo' video I see that seems a legit ufo plasma observation.
