I pity the fool. ;D

Or I pity Bloomberg for needing Mr. T. to talk up gold.

He's funny. And he's just hawking a cash for gold company.

Its a good act, don't get me wrong. 45lbs of gold when he is wearing it all? Nice.

But, one would think that Bloomberg would have the ability to host much better discussions.

It's funny that you say that, because I was thinking how thin his hair looked in the top of the mohawk, like a black cotton ball that was stretched too far.

If they do that, it puts them in the top 25% of honest gold buyers!

I called the scumbags. They would not tell me what they pay for 18 k gold jewelry. They said they pay based on the current price and have a 200% competitive guarantee ::).

I got specific and asked 'what % of spot do you pay for the gold content of 18k gold'. They did not have that info.

Ya right. (http://www.goldpromise.com/GP_404_error.aspx)

Hmmmm..........So I am guessing that "Not having that info" really means that they pay 50% to 60% of spot for your gold. This is just a WAG because I really do not know. Sounds like a rip-off to me. They have that info but they do not want to tell you (or anybody else). The 200% "competitive guarantee" probably has so many strings attached to it that a person would probably end up not getting it.

These guys (http://) quoted me almost 60%, so I guess it is possible. I would not be surprised if they offered less (maybe 20-30%), then increase it if you complain (as I have heard some of the other internet gold buying sites do). They claim to have the highest pay-out, Mr. T may not get involved unless it was at least somewhat rational, but who knows.

IF...your going to do that, sell your jewelery, I'd go to a coins shop, I think you might do better than one of those rip-off gold buyers...
