View Full Version : And so it Begins – Chicago Sheriff Says NO to Enforcing Foreclosures

It was 1-2 years ago that I recall a story of a sheriff in either MI or OH, who ceased doing evictions of tenants in foreclosed properties until the circumstances were verified, as it was emerging that often the tenants were current on their rent etc, and were kept in the dark the whole time about their landlord defaulting and the place going to foreclosure- so the nightmarish outcome was sheriffs showing up to remove tenants with no prior notice whatsoever from anyone.
This is different here, a direct outcome of fraudclosuregate. Hats off to honorable Sheriffs everywhere, the only publicly elected local law enforcement official, and the line between local governance and corrupt fed/corporate enslavement.

And so it Begins – Chicago Sheriff Says NO to Enforcing Foreclosures (http://4closurefraud.org/2010/10/20/and-so-it-begins-chicago-sheriff-says-no-to-enforcing-foreclosures/)
The sheriff for Cook County, Illinois, which includes the city of Chicago, said on Tuesday he will not enforce foreclosure evictions for Bank of America Corp, JPMorgan Chase and Co. and GMAC Mortgage/Ally Financial until they prove those foreclosures were handled “properly and legally.”

What makes these certain company mortgages different than any of the many other mortgage companies?
Aren't all of them lumped up together in a basket and mixed together than resold?
Or are they trying to push the limelight away from that & onto some "robosigning" issue?

"Now that the sheriff won't do the foreclosures, will the banks hire Blackwater (Xe) to breakdown the doors and throw the mortgage deadbeats out on the street.
Today, almost anything is possible, but they have a bigger problem...the middle class is waking up and realizing that all the laws passed by Congress are essentially written by and to protect the monied interests, at their expense. They are starting to fight back...and take the law into their own hands."

I am beginning to hate the phrase: "And so it begins."
That is used for every insect swatted, every house that burns down, every corrupt mayor snagged, every bankster report, every political end-of-the-world announcement, etc. I suspect some say those 4 words every time they sit on a toilet.
To me, these words are puffing and cliche. As if suddenly, the threat to your life has stepped onto the scene for the first time in history and now great monumental things will be pronounced in the next few most-important words. All sit down in awe of the great revelation I am about to share with you from the kindness of my heart and the brilliant clarvoyant mind I have.... and, so it begins.

And so it begins, the buck stops here... :oo-->
I doubt our representatives have the knowledge, nerve, or the power enough to do anything about it.

At least after it so began, they all lived happily ever after. :D
I do think that the ole cliche "and so it begins" is apropos in this instance - fraudclosuregate could be the SHTF catalyst; the ziOwned legislators or the masonic/talmudic court system can't be trusted to remedy the massive systemic fraud/theft properly, and here we have an elected Sheriff in one of America's largest metropolises who's "broken the seal" on the notion of actually enforcing the laws (or not enforcing "laws" which under the present corrupt circumstances should not apply), as they affect his jurisdiction.
So I say, "And so it Begins" is exactly right.
The obvious question facing us all now is,
How Can I Profit The Most On The Coming Legalization of Mortgage Fraud? (http://www.dvorak.org/blog/2010/10/18/how-can-i-profit-the-most-on-the-coming-legalization-of-mortgage-fraud/)

At the end of the day, the bottom line is that the buck stops here and so it begins. Transparency and sustainable efficiency through economic engineering will add value to the global statement of cash flows.
Bingo!

But...but...but our society depends on the Rule Of Law and this sheriff ain't enforcing the Rule Of Law.

The rule of law broke down long ago, but now it begins, within a year only complete morons will continue servicing their mortgage debts. Mark my words!
If you don't hold it, you don't own it!

That's what I'm talking about, the strategic-default/walk-away tidal wave is, what are the words I'm looking for... oh yeah, and so it begins.
My conspiracy theory is that it's all part of the master plan, just as the MSM has been seeding the public hive-mind with the idea that walking away makes sense: CBS 60 Minutes: Mortgages: Walking Away (http://gold-silver.us/forum/general-discussion/cbs-60-minutes-mortgages-walking-away/msg42838/#msg42838) (numerous other such stories are linked inside). I suspect TPTB's intention is to drive RE prices to something approximating zero, with their "solution" (end of private property) waiting in the wings.

The article failed to point out the guy is also running for re-election.
The article also didn't point out he did this 2 years ago for about 10 days. He was also looking for assurances that the paper work was in order.
I was listened to part of his interview with Rocon on WLS yesterday. He said one home foreclosure he was sent on was an empty lot. The house had been torn down a few years previously.
So, is the guy just pandering for votes? He "seemed" sincere on the radio yesterday.

Or massive loss of dollar confidence around the world.
Fault also being indirect and at the "industry rules" rather than the originators or anyone in particular.
Is the only endgame large swaths of housing be turned over to governmental rental?
That sounds like enough to cause a civil war that would really bury the blame...

Fed agents should stop enforcing Obama's presidency as well until his American title is proven legit. ;)

Far be it from a lawyer to weasel his way thru that one. My guess is it will speed up the proccess.
