Fugitive actor Randy Quaid has claimed Perth star Heath Ledger was one of many celebrities "whacked" by a group of Hollywood criminals from whom he is now on the run.

Quaid and his wife Evi are seeking refugee status in Canada after fleeing over the border from the United States, claiming their lives were at risk.

The actor, who played a supporting role alongside Ledger in the Oscar-winning film Brokeback Mountain, said he was being hunted by a gang of Hollywood "star-whackers" who already had a long list of celebrity victims.

Federal investigation
Late in February 2008, a DEA investigation of medical professionals relating to Ledger's death exonerated two American physicians, who practice in Los Angeles and Houston, of any wrongdoing, determining that "the doctors in question had prescribed Ledger other medications – not the pills that killed him."[106][107]
On 4 August 2008, citing unnamed sources, Murray Weiss, of the New York Post, first reported that Mary-Kate Olsen had "refused [through her attorney, Michael C. Miller] to be interviewed by federal investigators probing the accidental drug death of her close friend Heath Ledger ... [without] ... immunity from prosecution," and that, when asked about the matter, Miller at first declined further comment.[108][109] Later that day, after the police confirmed the gist of Weiss's account to the Associated Press, Miller issued a statement denying that Olsen supplied Ledger with the drugs causing his death and asserting that she did not know their source."[110][111] In his statement, Miller said specifically: "Despite tabloid speculation, Mary-Kate Olsen had nothing whatsoever to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger's home or his body, and she does not know where he obtained them," emphasizing that media "descriptions [attributed to an unidentified source] are incomplete and inaccurate."[112]
After a flurry of further media speculation, on 6 August 2008, the U.S. Attorney's Office in Manhattan closed its investigation into Ledger's death without filing any charges and rendering moot its subpoena of Olsen.[113][114] With the clearing of the two doctors and Olsen, and the closing of the investigation because the prosecutors in the Manhattan U.S. Attorney's Office "don't believe there's a viable target," it is still not known how Ledger obtained the oxycodone and hydrocodone in the lethal drug combination that killed him.[114][115]
Eleven months after Ledger's death, on 23 December 2008, Jake Coyle, writing for the Associated Press, announced that "Heath Ledger's death was voted 2008's top entertainment story by U.S. newspaper and broadcast editors surveyed by The Associated Press," as it resulted in: "shock and confusion" about "the circumstances", the ruling of the death as an accident caused by "a toxic combination of prescription drugs", and the continuation of "his legacy... [i]n a roundly acclaimed performance as the Joker in the year's biggest box office hit The Dark Knight."[116]

What I haven't seen in any coverage is a detailed reason behind Quaid's "star-whacker" assertion & perceived persecution... IE motive. If you watch the short news conference clip in the OP link, Quaid wraps it up re the trail of bodies by saying the motive was to get their money. Offhand that seems implausible, whether the murdered star had their "affairs in order" or their estate goes to probate, the murder perps are unlikely to be the main beneficiaries.

Veteran Hollywood actor Quaid and his wife were arrested in Vancouver Canada on warrants issued from Los Angeles, released on bail to await extradition.

The Media lit up identical stories gratuitously trashing Quaid with the Britney Spears treatment. The tabloids howled "Randy Quaid MELTDOWN."

Overnight he and his wife are presented as "fugitives". I've read gratuitous remarks from nobodies in these articles like, "unsurprisingly, drugs are suspected...." Suspected? The court charges don't involve drugs.

Quaid's never been arrested for drugs or drunk. More libel and slander: an ABC breakfast TV drone tried psychiatric innuendo; "Randy Quaid has made a career playing offbeat weirdos...maybe that should tell us something." It tells me that Quaid is a good actor, a job he's been doing multiple films every year since 1971 without incident before bad things started happening to him which haven't been adequately explained.

The media coverage is definitely a smear. They would have gotten away with smearing him too, if he hadn't gotten this press conference on video and online.

But mostly it’s about The Passion of the Christ. The Hollywood elites hated that movie more than any other theatrical production in history, and they hated Mel Gibson for using film to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. They declared war on him as soon as the project was announced, and stepped up their hate campaign after it was released, after they tried, but failed, to block its release. In New York City, run by the same kind of people who run Hollywood, the authorities even dispatched 20 cops from the Hate Crimes Unit to go watch the movie for possible “hate crimes” violations. ‘HATE’ COPS GO SEE MEL MOVIE

March 2, 2004 — The cops at the NYPD’s Hate Crimes Unit are passionate about their work – and they’ve all been told to watch Mel Gibson’s controversial new movie about the last hours of Jesus.

Some Jewish leaders and Christian scholars charge the movie, “The Passion of the Christ,” could lead to an upsurge in anti-Semitism because of the way it portrays Jews and their role in Jesus’ death.

Aware of those concerns, the Hate Crimes Unit supervisor, Inspector Dennis Blackman, ordered the 20 detectives under his command to see the film after it opened last week.

One NY elected official who’s tight with the Hollywood crowd used the power of his political office to intimidate studios into refusing to have anything to do with the movie:

In 2003, Hikind and a group of supporters protested Mel Gibson’s film The Passion of the Christ. He led about 50 Jewish leaders and supporters to the Fox News Corp. offices in Manhattan in a demonstration, chanting “The Passion is a lethal weapon against Jews.” Hikind was vocal in his anger against the movie, saying: “It will result in anti-Semitism and bigotry. It really takes us back to the Dark Ages … the Inquisition, the Crusades, all for the so-called sin of the Crucifixion of Jesus.” After a News Corp. spokesman announced that they had passed on the film, Hikind warned other movie companies that they too should not distribute the film.

Another group who share the same ethnic and religious background of Ari Emanuel actually wrote to the Attorney General of the United States, demanding that Mel Gibson be prosecuted for making the film:

Los Angeles, Alta California – March 16, 2004 – (ACN) A Jewish group led by Ephraim ben Laibl says that Mel Gibson’s film “The Passion of the Christ” violates “Hate Crime Laws” and wants US Attorney General John Ashcroft to prosecute the Actor-Director. Mel Gibson’s “The Passion of the Christ,” through purposeful rewriting of the Christian Gospel mythos has, itself, become an anti-Semitic diatribe which, since it’s February 25, 2004 release resulted in hate crimes against Jews, Synagogues and Jewish Cemeteries in cities throughout the US. Mel Gibson’s unbiblical and a-historical account of the “crucifixion” story has taken Hutton Gibson’s claims that the Holocaust is “fiction,” even one step further.

We implore US Attorney General John Ashcroft and the US Department of Justice to evaluate the anti-Semitism clearly presented in Gibson and Fontana’s portrayal, and ask that civil, criminal, and Federal hate-crime laws, as appropriate, be utilized not only against the perpetrators involved in each and every act which it has encouraged, but against the directors, producers, and screen writers responsible for the work itself.”

The Hollywood-DC-New York axis of evil have never forgiven Mel Gibson for making what they regard as the most disgusting movie in history, and they’ve been trying to bring him down ever since. The people who run Hollywood absolutely despise Jesus Christ, and they despise Mel Gibson for making a movie about Him. That’s what this is about. It has nothing to do with “the N word.”

I said I’d prove it, so here goes.

This is about “the N word”? What a laugh. First off, this was a private conversation, which is nobody’s else’s business. And it took place in the heat of passion. What man in his right mind wouldn’t be upset about the mother of his infant child running around dressed provocatively? Everyone talks differently when they’re extremely angry, even liberals. And Mel Gibson never used the word about anybody but potential rapists. Since when do rapists deserve respect? Contrast this to the reaction to Bill Clinton’s racial insult of Obama. When Ted Kennedy refused his request to endorse Hillary for president instead of Obama, Clinton angrily retorted that “a few years ago, this guy would have been getting us coffee.” But that’s okay, because Bill Clinton never made a film about Jesus Christ, so he gets away with that sort of thing.

Secondly, I’m sick and tired of hearing about how horrible “the N word” supposedly is. It’s nothing but the Latin word for black, as anyone with half a brain knows:

Nigger is a noun in the English language, most notable for its usage in a pejorative context to refer to black people (generally people of African descent), and also as an informal slang term, among other contexts. It is a common ethnic slur. The word originated as a term used in a neutral context to refer to black people, as a variation of the Spanish/Portuguese noun negro, a descendant of the Latin adjective niger, meaning the color “black”.

That’s all it means. That’s all it’s ever meant. It’s even in the Bible, for crying out loud! Yes, it only has one G, but that’s how the word was spelled back in King James’ day, and and it has the very same meaning.

Moreover, “Acts of the Apostles” – in the New / Second Testament – mentions at least one black who was officiating as prophet and teacher in the early Christian church at Antioch: “Among the prophets and teachers of the church at Antioch were Barnabas and Symeon ( also called “The Black Man”), Lucius ( from Cyrene), Manaen ( the foster-brother of King Herod), and Paul – The Holy Bible, Living Bible Edition, Pocket Edition, International Bible Society, Tyndale House Publishers, 1995. In one German translation of the New / Second Testament, by Ulrich Wilken, published by Furche – Verlag of Hamburg, Germany, in 1970, this Symeon bears the nickname “< der Neger>” in German, meaning “the negro” in English. However, a number of versions in German, French and English read: “ […] Simon called Niger”.

The reason it became a “bad” word is because of the behavior and lifestyle of the people it referred to. They’re the ones who turned the word into an insult, not white people. Just as the word that replaced it, “colored”, became pejorative after it was associated with black people, and was replaced by “Negro”, which became a “bad” word after years of news announcers saying “police are looking for two Negro males”, and was replaced by “black”, which has now become yet another bad word because of the behavior of people it refers to, and has been replaced with “African-American”, which will no doubt be declared “racist” itself in a few years.

Ari Emanuel, the head of the William Morris Endeavor agency, emailed his colleague to say “we can’t represent a guy who said the N word.” Really? Check out some of WME’s other clients – P. Diddy, Kanye West, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, 50 Cent, and many other rappers who toss the N word around like confetti. Just do a quick search for the lyrics of any of those people, and you’ll see that their “songs” are filled with “the N word” . But Ari Emanuel hasn’t announced that he’s dropping any of these performers.

Emanuel’s WME agency also represents Ice Cube. Ice Cube is not only a rapper, he’s also a movie star. He became famous in the early 1990s with the group Niggaz With Attidude, who made songs like “F*** Tha Police.” He left the group a little later, after a bitter dispute, which he blamed on their “white Jew” manager, Jerry Heller. He wrote a song attacking his former group called No Vaseline, in which he went on about the “white Jew”, and told the group they needed to put “a bullet in his temple.” Ice Cube is also a member of the white-hating Nation of Islam cult, and he recorded songs about killing white “devils.” Here’s one sample:

About this time, Ice Cube discovered and mentored a group called Da Lench Mob. He gave them their big break by featuring them on his album AmeriKKKa’s Most Wanted, and then went on to produce their debut album, and their follow up album. Here are some of the lyrics from Da Lench Mob, who also hate white “devils” and want to kill a whole bunch of us:

“We’re having thoughts of overthrowing the government … the brothers and sisters threw their fists in the air … it’s open season on crackers, you know; the morgue will be full of Caucasian John Doe’s … I make the Riot sh*t look like a fairy tale … oh my god, Allah, have mercy; I’m killing them devils because they’re not worthy to walk the earth with the original black man; they must be forgetting; it’s time for Armageddon, and I won’t rest until they’re all dead”

That’s the group Ice Cube discovered, mentored and served as producer and executive producer for both their albums. And today he’s not only still represented by Ari Emanuel’s WME agency, he stars in kid’s movies, and makes production deals with Disney.

Ari Emanuel has no problem with Ice Cube, but Mel Gibson has to go?

Hollywood can’t tolerate Mel saying a naughty word, but turns a man who recorded song after song about killing white people into a lovable kid’s movie star?

And what about “Snoop Dogg”, another WME “artist”? He’s also a member of Louis Farrakhan’s hate whitey cult. And that’s just the beginning. I won’t even try to list all his songs about killing “niggas” and cops; you can look them up if you want. A few years ago he told Rolling Stone magazine that in 2003, ten years after hitting the big time and making tens of millions of dollars, he was actually running a string of hookers, because he loved the real pimp lifestyle. He wasn’t some wannabe who just rapped about running prostitutes; he actually did it.

Snoop claimed in a 2006 interview with Rolling Stone magazine that unlike other hip hop artists who’ve superficially adopted the pimp persona, he was an actual professional pimp in 2003 and 2004, saying “That sh*t was my natural calling and once I got involved with it, it became fun. It was like shootin’ layups for me. I was makin’ ‘em every time.” He goes on to say that upon the advice on some of the other pimps he knew, he eventually gave up pimping to spend more time with his family.

He often wears Pittsburgh Steelers jerseys and caps. That’s because he’s a fan of the Rollin’ 20s Crips, a murderous Los Angeles gang.

In 1993, as his career was just taking off, he was charged with murder. He was driving the vehicle from which his bodyguard shot and killed a man. They claimed self defense, and an “urban” jury acquitted both of them, just as another one would let OJ walk a few years later.

And this guy presents no ethical problems for Ari Emanuel and the rest of the Hollywood crowd, but Mel Gibson is beyond the pale because he said one naughty word?

You can believe that if you want, but anyone who’s not completely brain dead knows that this isn’t about “the N word.”

Now here’s where some idiot liberal will chime in that it’s different, and I’m comparing apples and oranges, because Mel Gibson is white, so he’s not allowed to use that word, but black people are, and it’s fine for them to record song after song about killing white people because that’s “art.”

Really? Then how come there are no skinhead bands signed to big Hollywood labels, being represented by the William Morris agency, if songs about killing members of a racial group are “art”?

Now, granted, Ari Emanuel wasn’t the head of the agency back in 2005. But he’s the head of the agency now. Has he fired Charlie Sheen because “we can’t represent a guy who said the N word’? Uh, no. In fact, the William Morris Endeavor agency just negotiated a huge new contract for Sheen which pays him nearly $2 million an episode.

But Charlie Sheen never made a movie glorifying Jesus Christ.

That’s why they’re going after Mel Gibson. I told you I’d prove it, and I did. Ari Emanuel’s agency has lots of performers who use the “N word”, including the very white Charlie Sheen.

Their hatred of Mel Gibson has nothing to do with the naughty word he said.

They hate Mel because he made a film about Jesus Christ, and they despise Jesus Christ. The suit was dropped after the woman was paid over $2 million in a settlement. His father was a terrorist. He was part of the terrorist group that blew up a hotel killing 91 people. But because some terrorists are more equal than others, he was allowed into the United States where he became a doctor, and his wife became a “civil rights activist.” His son now heads up the most powerful agency in Hollywood, and one of his other sons, Rahm, is the de facto president who gives orders to the figurehead Barack Obama.

But scum like the Emanuel’s are in charge now. They make up the DC-New York-Hollywood axis of evil, and what they’re doing to Mel Gibson is just a little taste of what they’ve got planned for the rest of us. If you want to know their ultimate plans, just read an account of the Communist Revolution in Russia back in the early 20th century, which was orchestrated by people just like Ari and Rahm Emanuel and their terrorist father and “civil rights activist” mother.

It seems so many famous people when they become worth more money dead than alive all of a sudden seem to die.

I'm sure Heath was killed no one accidentally takes or even has all those pills on hand like that. What got my attention was he had Oxycontin and Vicadin. Vicadin is like baby shit compared to Oxy so why would he bother keeping it around and taking it when he had much better stuff. Sounds like some one just rounded up a bag of pills that could not be traced and made him swallow them. Much the same way they made Hendrix take sleeping pills then pour wine down his throat then hold his nose and mouth shut and push on his stomach.

Or the fact that Kurt Cobain had such a high does of Heroin in his body that he would not have been able to get the needle out of his arm let alone pull the trigger on a shutgun. Lets not forget that there were no prints on the shot gun either or the shells.

Ronni Chasen, a longtime Hollywood publicist who promoted major films including the Academy Award-winning movie "Driving Miss Daisy," was found shot to death Tuesday in her Mercedes-Benz in Beverly Hills.

Chasen, 64, of Los Angeles was driving on Sunset Boulevard, when she was shot several times in the chest shortly before 12:30 a.m., and her Mercedes-Benz E350 sedan crashed into a light pole, according to a police statement.

On Nov. 7, five casting directors in the Los Angeles area received death threats via their office telephones. The recipients reached out to Teamsters Local 399 and were encouraged by the union to alert security personnel at the studios where they work and the local police.

Teamsters business representative Ed Duffy, who confirmed to Back Stage that the threats had occurred, sent a mass email to members of the L.A. casting community warning them of the phone calls and encouraging anyone else who has been threatened to come forward. On Monday, Duffy was contacted by a sixth casting director who had been threatened.

"It's a pretty low blow to do something like that to these casting directors," Duffy said. "Whether it's a reality or not, it has to be taken seriously."

Duffy did not reveal the names or workplaces of those who were threatened. He reiterated that any casting directors who receive threatening messages should file a police report and also contact Local 399, "so that we can keep track of it and coordinate any effort that might have to happen."

nope. all i got was a phone call from a guy who said he was head of security at Miramax.

a few years earlier i had put an ad in the LA Times to try & reach Michael Ovitz, the big time Hollywood agent. i wrote a 3D virtual reality program a lot like Google Earth (in 1996-1997), and wanted help with the business end.

i got a few phone calls, one of them a message from Ovitz or someone representing him. whoever it was was very angry and threatened a big lawsuit if i didn't kill the ad.

at the time i didn't think about it, but both Ovitz & Weinstein are not only Hollywood execs - they're also Jewish. It was interesting to see how pissed off they got when a mere peasant tried to contact them.

anyway, if those are the kind of people that Randy Quaid has had to deal with - no wonder he moved out of Hollywood.
