Let us know how your order process goes and the fulfillment. I like Schiff and would happily let him earn my money if I hear some good results. Right now it looks like he is catering more to the first timers. Not that you are one ....just my take on his site - it is about his rep - not his website/pricing.

No online quote ticker on every page is lame and no online ordering seems idiotic.
He will lose many potential customers with not having an online side.
