I tried to fix the link. Interestingly enough, it seems as if it was removed from the Conspiracy Theory section on TruTV.com

I also searched for it with Google video, and nothing came up that I could see, that resembled the title with keywords "Bill Murphy", ""Ventura", "Conspiracy theory" in different combinations.

Maybe the Bill Murphy interview was a little to close to the truth to be kosherized for release to the masses, and had to be pulled? It's hard to say. Being at the computer makes it hard because our corporate filters block a lot of sites, so I can't search effectively fro here. I will have to try to remember to look for it at home.
