Excellent video and at the end you can see what the speaker is getting at. The previous money has not gone to help businesses yet, but I bet now the Bush tax cuts are going to be extended and this bond buying from the fed is to help pay for those tax cut extensions. That will help small business.

The Fed's 600 billion will not help the economy IMO but it will contribute to the continuation of the deflation of the U.S. dollar's purchasing power.
