GATA AND MURPHY, KEY INFORMATION

site:gata.org ABX "sovereign immunity"
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=site%3Agata.org+ABX+%22sovereign+immunity%22&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=
and google actually read the pdf, wow, lol, I tried boycotting, another reason why I don't anymore

PDF
http://gata.org/files/BarrickConfessionMotionToDismiss.pdf

Barrick, ABX, Munk, " confession motion to dismiss " " sovereign immunity "
" agents of federal reserve " , cannot be sued and held liable

What happened to shareholders ?
The confession is admission of violation of duties of board.

RED ALERT PEOPLE !

If it wasn't for gata this proof would go down the memory hole.

GIM contributed to controlling and burying this information.

One hit, only one.

Notice the manipulation is making it mainstream slowly, but
these solid proofs are old.

We need to spread this wide to save it, this is one of the solid proofs that
woke up noobs like me on gim on FED and CRIMEX SHORTS. Download PDF.

Drudge and WRH I believe read here and burrow finds.
They do that from other forums too. Who woke up WRH
to the financial mess, they only started posting about
2007 on it, all the links to WRH on gim got noticed, IMO.
Not unusual, this personally happened to me too, I linked
to BrusselsJournal.com and the editors mentioned it in
an article. http://www.brusselsjournal.com/english

Your posting does make a difference.

Ripping off shareholders.

Notice ABX is the preferred gold producer despite high PE's for big money establishment funds.

There is another similar story, SIL, it disappeared totally, one of the largest
in ground silver reserves on the planet, totally hurt itself at the expense of
shareholders, their derivative book selling short was the biggest, in the end,
even with SI rocketing, about 2008 the company disappeared due to cash
flow problems, some " japanese " company bought in for $500 million,
and the bondholders, most likely them, stoled the company from shareholders.
And nobody is talking about the company. It was one of the biggest stories.
SIL is now the ticker of an ETF. lol Someone owns that silver in the ground.
My account of this story is rough, some details may vary. I was a follower
and even traded it.

ABX and it's short selling was to gold what SIL was to silver.
Massive derivative books where the companies lost big,
limiting their gains with the rise of GC and SI.

In the end, Fort Knox will be found empty apart from a pile of IOU's from bankrupt bullion banks. Best case scenario would be that they have returned tungsten bars, for the gold they stole...
