Because any bill must be read THREE times before ALL members of the House or Senate present, NO EXCEPTIONS. When they say "Mr. Speaker, we waive the reading of this bill" what they're really saying is "We waive this bill".

We are not under constitutional law thus any rules do not apply. We are under Maritime law (admiralty law) and have been since the Civil war. The constitutionality of a president in amerika having to be a citizen is also BS under the fringed flag.

According to Rod Class, the gold fringed flag does not represent admiralty at all, it falls under Army Regulation 840-10.

You're mostly right about the Constitution, if you listen to the Rod Class YT link I posted and the other 7 of the series. The Constitution does not exist for us. Rod Class pulls it all together in an easy to get way, and backs up everything he states with cites.
