It wouldn't surprise me if it plays out like this: People dump stocks and pile into the USD for carry trade and then swap out of USD for gold/silver to catch the rebound. This could happen very fast. Also don't forget what gold did during the hair-raising moments of May 6th, 2010.

Silver is plunging like a DU grenade now... We'll be down to low 20's in beginning of December, then silver is set to soar... Nothing strange with this, happened many times before. The dog likes to shake of some bugs from time to time...

There is no doubt that silver is set to soar someday...........but just not today. Since silver is a DOG, what do you expect? You are not expecting it to go to da moon are you? ;D

I actually want silver to drop. I don't have nearly as much as I would like and would welcome a lower price. All this means is that the dollar is rising against other currencies. Games played by the banksters.

The end game os to destroy the dollar so better exchange rates for us will help the continuing prep operation.

If it gets back down around $24 or lower, I will start buying again.

Is this statement based on some sort of technical analysis? If TA a reference to TA 101 for Dummies would be nice as I've never spent the time learning, just acquire when a drop seems significant although my timing is usually off.

The historical analysis does not seem to support that outcome.

I think we will see silver going back towards the high it was in March 2008, around $21. In November and early December of 2007 Silver went from around 16 to 13.50, which represented approximately a pullback of around 50% of the gain it had in the autumn of 2007 until November. This autumn we had a gain of $11 from $18 to $29, half that gain is $5.50. Thus around $23.50. I doubt very much Silver will go down below 19.50. It was pushed back strongly at this level or above three times during the last three years, thus when it managed to penetrate $20 this autumn this became a solid floor... Somewhere between 19.50 and 23.50 is my guess based on the above reasoning...

Further if you look at the action from mid-Dec 2007 to March 2008, you can see that Silver in that period went from 13.50 to 21.00... I wouldn't be surprised if we see a silver price somewhere between $35-40 in March 2011...

It can still drop all the way to $25 and it will hit strong resistance...

No worries, nothing has changed.

Let's say this is gold...........that is the slightly less than the equivalent $ value, but you get my drift.

That's why they say silver is a storage issue problem........not that there's anything wrong with that.

Yeah silver is just too damn cheap to buy now, maybe it becomes worth storing when at $200/ounce...

I love the sound of that...............$200. :D

For the record, I think that # is pretty much in the bag over 5-7 years.

Your avatar reminds me of a late night visitor that showed up by the campfire had on a fishing trip. I think he was looking for a little company.
