And being a GSUS'er, Im all for a good conspiracy story, but Im pretty sure the design on the $20 bill predates the building of the twin towers, we can chock this one up to some guy with A LOT of free time.

The human mind seeks patterns, its the easiest thing for us to grasp and we will go out of our way to see things that may or may not really be there ;)

BTW, I have seen this... there are also foldings for the other denominations, all the way from the 5 to the 100, and they supposedly show the entire sequence of the towers destruction.
