Ah, yes, the typical strawman of labeling Somalia as a libertarian "wet dream" despite the fact that there's a lack of respect for private property and the immensity of political corruption, although I sure that they're likely better off now than they were under their previous dictators.

Which government agency should be in charge of "respect"? In a Libertarian country, would the state be in charge of solving the problem of political corruption?

My point is that private property barely exists in Somalia and that the immensity of corruption in what amounts to be a strong military state are contradictory to what a libertarian country would advocate.
