It's not an actual "tattoo". It's applied "on" not "in" the skin and it's only temporary like a "tattoo" from a vending machine.

Why anyone would spend that kind of money on something temporary is kinda stupid in my opinion, but then I guess it isn't much different than getting your nails done or a fancy hairdo.
