Is the Army Already Using Invisibility Cloak?

A video had surfaced on the internet which shows a soldier running to and inside a tank. The only difference is that the soldier is invisible. Is this an example of the Army using the invisibility cloak?

It sort of looks like frame by frame editing and blurring ? I am going to call it a editing job. The technology for cloaking as shown later in the video still requires much more refinement and work to be field ready.

I'm not sure if the video is real, but I think it would be possible to make at least a crude cumbersome cloaking suit today. Someone could strap a bunch of LCDs to their body and have them show the image of a webcam pointed at the ground.
