OK... this is a bit vague, but hopefully it will have enough information to get an answer.
I'm looking for a Techno/House/Club/Trance/Whatever you call it song from the late 1990's.
It is at approx. the 45 minute mark in the 4th installment of the PBS Masterpiece Theatre miniseries "Reckless" starring Robson Green (pretty lame miniseries, BTW!), during the club scene with blue neon lighting.
It has an upbeat "euro-beat" type synth track, and a female vocalist who sings:
Oooh yeah yeah yeah yeah
Oooh yeah yeah yeah yeah
Oooh yeah yeah yeah yeah
Oooh yeah yeah yeah yeah
Followed by:
Yeah-e-yeah-e-yeah
Yeah-e-yeah-e-yeah
Yeah-e-yeah-e-yeah
It can't be something that came out after 1997, because that's when the miniseries was made.
I know that's not much to go on, and I've google-searched this for the last hour with no results.
Anyone know what this song is?
Thanks!

i don't understand how anyone can listen to it. it's the same 6 or 7 notes over and over again for 15 minutes per song.

I find some of it to be tolerable, without drugs, but I'm looking for this one for a friend. She came over while Henny Penny and I were watching the miniseries, and really liked that part of the show because of the music... I told her I could probably find it with a bit of google searching. It's proven more difficult than I anticipated! ;D

Even when I was on drugs, I remember being on the dance floor, thinking 'when is this song going to END?'

Even when I was on drugs, I remember being on the dance floor, thinking 'when is this song going to END?'
It was actually three songs later. The DJ just did a good job beat matching into the next song.

The music you are looking for was done by one of these two guys, and the song you are looking for was an original for the program.
Series Original Music by
Hal Lindes (2 episodes, 1997)
This one probably.
Christopher Gunning (unknown)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0138739/combined
To get the name of the song, maybe look for music credits at the end of the series or contact them.
Trying to find the name of that song is like trying to find dry water or hen's teeth.
;D
