Silver marches higher. Is that it for this "dip"?

I was noticing today that the silver price has "Appeared" to bottom out. My mining stocks have resumed their upward trend. Silver bounced down to $25 twice. Perhaps that was done on purpose for the shorts to liquidate.... I don't know. Any thoughts?
