View Full Version : DAMN IT, I can't find the article that says airports don't have to use TSA

I don't remember where I read it but the AUTHOR of the TSA mandate said there's a clause that allows AIRPORTS NOT to use TSA.

Can someone help me find this, I'm usually very good at finding this stuff but it's literally been impossible to find.

Also, where does TSA authority begin and end at an airport?

They can use private contractors that are hired by, trained by, and payed by the TSA.
