Standing Up to the TSA
http://www.lewrockwell.com/akers/akers137.html

" Meanwhile, a former cop points out that the TSA no longer inflicts "pat-downs" but something far worse: "A 'pat-down' search by definition is 'a frisk or external feeling of the outer garments of an individual for weapons only' ... anyone who watches cop shows knows what a pat-down search is. The words are part of the American lexicon, and the public's image of a pat-down search by police is something that isn't all that bad." Shame on us that we didn't consider it "all that bad" for the TSA to defy the Fourth Amendment's prohibition on "unreasonable," warrantless searches, though previously with the "backs of their hands." The cop continues: "... In police work, [the TSA's current method is] called a custody search [and] includes everything short of a cavity search. The TSA needs to be honest about what they're doing. It's not nice to lie to the American people. "

WRH, RIVERO editorial comments.

" Would George Washington allowed the British soldiers to stick their hands down the front of Martha's bloomers?

Would Thomas Jefferson have stayed calm while British Soldiers stripped his daughter naked and l0ooked at her body?

Would John Adams have accepted having his genitals fondled by a British Soldier on the off-chance that he might have concealed a cannon in there?

No, these patriots would not have tolerated such actions.

So why the fuck are you? "

Biometrics!

Hell Woman Biometrics are already here! Just not wide spread yet. But you can bet your canner does 16 psi as the sure chance that in the not so distance future we will not need any Id except thumb prints and or renal scan! No other paper required! It is coming and will be as unstoppable as trying to keep the sun from rising. I can remember when a kid that there were still areas of the world that were not fully explored. Now thanks to the computer and the net, the day that true privacy will go away If you go to town or interrelate with people, and the gov in any way.

Couple of months ago I needed to get truck ins. The company I was dealing with crashed, What was scary, I shopped online and the dam info those company's had on me with out me giving them anything , knew my drivers license, year of my truck, address, The info these people had was scary!! I contacted all of the ones that run tv adds shopping for the best price. All I did was give my name and zip code.

I call it with in the next 10-20 (maybe longer) years (if we make it that far) the day of a Id carryed on your person will be obsolete. Lost of older people that can still remember America as it was, need to die off first.

Between their loved home and the war's desolation!
Blest with victory and peace, may the heav'n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: "In God is our trust."

You Tube is censoring this video as we speak.

It is not even showing up on top views for one thing, on you tube.

This video had less than 1000 views last night.

There are many versions of this video online at you tube.

But this is the original video, but not upload, this
particular link had a few hundred views last night,
now 188,899 and it has been stuck here for a while,
despite drudge still linking to it this late night,

This video was linked to drudge since late afternoon early evening.
Since I got home around 5-6 PM.

Way less than 24 hours.
All the views happened in this short time frame.
Less than 1000 to close to 200,000.

Is You Tube effecting the hit counter ?

Something about all this uproar smells fishy to me.
Out of nowhere people suddenly have a problem with the body scanners?
This TSA issue is everywhere you look now, media is saturated to a frightening point.
When the owned media is pushing a story this much you have to ask why. and why now? and what is the agenda? because you just know there is one.

Bankrupt the airlines to stage a gov takeover?
Discourage people from flying to reduce demand and restrict travel?
Force compliance with the body scanners for whatever reason, (sterilization comes to mind).
Who knows, but it smells funny IMO.

I would like to see smaller airports opt out of TSA and hire private security with some sort of dignity pledge. I would drive an hour or two to go to an airport where I would not have to go through this, but then again I would drive for a day or two to avoid it altogether.

Where did you get the idea that I don't think people are actually outraged?

My opinion is simply that when the people get uppity and outraged about their privacy being invaded, certain folks will not pass up the opportunity to put the sheep back in line, and I think that is what we will see happen.

It doesn't take imagination, just the ability to notice patterns and relationships.

Well, figure if people get too upset with the TSA's gestapo stlye checkpoints, they will have to do away witht he scanners and bring in biometrics.

The biometric database will be filled with prints/retinal scans of all customers who fly. It will be "voluntary", but you won't be allowed to fly without registering with the (jewish owned) database for purpses of homeland security.

Why are they doing this? Because we let them. Sure, we might complain and huff a little bit, but so what? So effing what? I've heard it over and over about how so many people wouldn't give a rat's ass about having to rob or even kill someone to feed their family. Well, TSA is doing the same crap. They just have a uniform to do it. So why are they doing it and why is it all over the networks? Because they want everyone to know the nwo is here, and it's only going to get worse. I bet when civil war breaks out you'll still have some idiots in denial.

Don't be fooled by the looks of that little boy or girl. They could be secret spies for Al Quaeda carrying 500 pounds bombs in their transformer chewing gum. Maybe they have pictures of guns tattoed on their bodies so they can remember them into existence when they get on the plane. They could also be harboring anti-tank missiles in their armpits.... or gallons of liquid explosives in their underwear.

I feel safer knowing that the TSA won't let such little connivers get through.

I'm sure this is the plan, but it really makes no sense since the supposed "terrorists" did not hide their identity. People willing to blow themselves up are not concerned with hiding their identity so how can they justify having to identify us? How does that keep anyone safe? It is all such a joke.

I am astounded that more people are not outraged about this and refusing to fly. How can they subject themselves to this and their kids? It really is so sad and so disappointing.

I'm thinking it serves a couple possible purposes:

1) Distract people from the possible current war with china.

2) Pave the way for alternatives which may be worse.

3) See how far they can go before they have to back off in order to gauge population reaction levels.

Woman do not despair you and your kids can have a hoot of a time! Just go to your local small airport and ask for a flight pay a small fee, that basically covers the gas used and most pilots would jump at the chance to take you and yours up!

And If you want some good gut winching fun, toss a roll of toilet paper out and chase it and cut it up with the prop or wings or a balloon or two. Way better than any carny ride!

Edit: For the best bang for the buck, find a x military pilot, ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D I have no doubt he/she could give you a ride you will remember for the rest of your life!!!

I will have to go check it out. For a while now, I've been trying to wake people up, open their eyes, trying to encourage them to prep. Now I'm past that. This is a turning point for me. If people are so stupid that they are going to accept this, I'm done and I'm pissed about it. I've had it with these people and feel I need to cut them out of my life for good. I can't relate to them anymore. I guess what it comes down to - is you either blindly trust the govt (MOST Americans) or you don't. There is no hope for them at this point.

A local airport here will put you behind the yoke of a biplane for ~20 minutes for $100. You go up, you dodge a few birds and you land it. The grizzled instructor next to you has a trainer's yoke in case you get stupid but you won't because you are convinced you will kill yourself otherwise.

They use the deal as a lead in to get you to take pilot's lessons but it is an invaluable experience regardless.

Passenger chooses strip-down over pat-down
Below:

By R. Stickney
NBCSanDiego.com
updated 12 minutes ago

When a San Diego man opted out of security screening using the Advanced Imaging Technology (AIT) at San Diego International Airport on Friday, he stripped down to his underwear in an attempt to avoid the pat-down procedures.
Samuel Wolanyk took the protest started Nov. 13 by John Tyner to a whole new level.
While Tyner videotaped his refusal to be patted down, telling the agent "If you touch my junk, I'll have you arrested," Wolanyk decided to give TSA a look at his body down to his Calvin Klein's.
Through a statement released by his attorney Sunday night, Wolanyk said "TSA needs to see that I'm not carrying any weapons, explosives, or other prohibited substances, I refuse to have images of my naked body viewed by perfect strangers, and having been felt up for the first time by TSA the week prior (I travel frequently) I was not willing to be molested again."
Wolanyk's attorney said that TSA requested his client put his clothes on so he could be patted down properly but his client refused to put his clothes back on. He never refused a pat-down, according to his attorney.
Wolanyk was arrested for refusing to complete the security process and for recording the incident on his iPhone, according to his attorney.
San Diego has played a central role in the debate over the need for AIT machines in our nation's airports. From Tyner's videotape and U.S. Rep. Bob Filner's call for a Congressional hearing, to the parody song penned by Poway musician and Grammy-winner Steve Vaus. This Wednesday, one group is asking Americans to opt out of the AIT machines.

Passenger chooses strip-down over pat-down
Below:

It pisses me off that republicans are pissed off by this. Hypocritical sh*theads. They would be demanding anal cavity searches if Bush was president.

unless the sheeple revolt... full body cavity searches are next dude...

Sheeple.. revolt..

Hey nunaem... your avatar is a little gay... why for that is??? ???

While we're at it, let's get real about the 100% part... :-*

If you're talking about the object in nunaem's avatar, that appears to be a sword of some kind to me.

And Amanitas can kick some ass... just ask the Viking berserkers!

Yeah, I totally missed the blade. Where is my mind? :P

I've always fantasized about doing the whole fast, consume, urinate and consume method. It's a drug pinnacle I imagine I'll never experience. Maybe on my deathbed?

I've given it thought... but as of yet have never gone through with it.

Hell, first I still have to make it down to Peru to sing icaros with the curanderos!

;D

However, a deathbed amanita trip would be, by definition, "once-in-a-lifetime"... Or you could go out like Aldous Huxley did on this day 47 years ago:

On his deathbed, unable to speak, Huxley made a written request to his wife for "LSD, 100 µg, intramuscular". According to her account of his death, in This Timeless Moment, she obliged with an injection at 11:45 am and another a couple of hours later. He died at 5:21 pm on 22 November 1963, aged 69. Huxley's ashes were interred in the family grave at the Watts Cemetery, home of the Watts Mortuary Chapel in Compton, a village near Guildford, Surrey, England.[16]

I'd have rather been Aldous 47 years ago than JFK.

CASE STUDY of You Tube censorship and interference of major drudge link.

ENDING MONDAY NOV 22 9:55 PM EST.

For the good part of the morning the headline remained the same
on drudge, even though they changed their page they kept the top
story and link to you tube.

This video linked to by drudge was hands down top viewed video on you tube today.
And should of been near the top yesterday. But you tube did not rank it at all.
Another upload made it from page 2 number26, to number 5 with far less views
than the drudge linked version. This alone is proof of you tube interference to drudge link.

Also, the counters are slow and stuck for long periods of time.

Once you tube videos get ranked near top their views increase dramatically.
Views are still tremendous, most likely greater than 1 million, despite their efforts.

VIEWS TIME

SUB 1000 Sat Night NOV 20

188,899 Stuck for a while. 11:15 PM EST Sunday Night NOV 21
519,781 about 7:00 AM EST
650,000 ~ jumps in minutes about 7:05 AM EST
651,830 slow or stuck 7:51 AM EST
717,344 9:55 AM EST Same Drudge headline and link.

12 hours go by , Drudge changed headline in this time frame. When ?

983,596 9:55 PM Changed headline ?

Lots wrong with the above numbers, while people were sleeping they viewed it,
in the morning hits went down, you tube, ROFL , I would love to know when
Drudge changed the headline, to guess views better. Notice it is stuck sub
One Million.

Edit add, it is now 11:15PM EST and it is STUCK AT 983,596 FOR 1:15 . WHY ?

You can see views overnight and early morning, drudge was still linking.
So in 10-11 hours you tube shows 700,000 + views and does not show up
at all on top videos, it should of been number one. Day one way less than
24 hours , 188,000 + views did not show up either. Monday is far more blatant.

It is still not showing up on you tube top views but
a different link made it to number 5 with far less views.

You Tube is definitely censoring and messing with videos Drudge links to.
We have shown this. See Jpegs below.

We all know You Tube censors, and censored some others posted above.

Here You Tube is working with and for TSA to keep the public uninformed.
This is why this is important. It is not just extreme videos or laws used as
an excuse to censor. They don't want the masses inflamed watching a kid
stripped naked. It is a very hard sell point against them and their behavior.

See previous posts to compare, MONDAY NOV 22 9:55 PM EST.
Drudge headline link was removed sometime during day.

983,596 VIEWS AND STUCK Nowhere on any top list. Clearly NO 1 .
This is an original video from original person with story.

I would guess this true views in less than 24 hours to be way above a million.

NOT LINKED by Drudge, was at no 26 yesterday, daily top views,
at 166,000, and it slowly made it's way up to NO 5 daily top views.
Same time stamp, 9:55 PM as above pic.

They are very sick, what do they think, the middle class is going to detonate their kids.

You Tube is very sick too, working with TSA, they don't want the public aware.

EVIL !

They censor other videos with excuses, legal, etc, hate, what is their excuse now.

Propaganda. Total.

MORE PROOF TO ABOVE CENSORSHIP, day 2

The video is rocking on its own,

full day after Drudge removed link to it,

and it has never appeared on you tube top lists
due to you tube interference, it should of been
number one for 2nd day in a row.

1,738,352 views Tues Nov 22 9.30 PM,
therefore over 1.5 million + views in 2 days.
You Tube top listed videos viewed are nowhere
near this, nowhere, have a look.

http://i56.tinypic.com/6ihf6p.jpg

AND the disappeared, poof,

This video version of same, never linked to Drudge made it's way up slowly,
it was way behind the drudge linked one, showed up on
top lists, and JUST DISAPPEARED right after that, the disappearing
act happened last night after I posted the jpeg.

If you go to you tube top lists right now, all the top videos viewed
are stupid humor type videos. Documenting TSA vids is removed.

NOT LINKED by Drudge, was at no 26 yesterday, daily top views,

UK dailymail picked up this story from drudge,
even copied and pasted his headlines word for word.

Notice the 650K , should be millions, thanks to you tube TSA censorship.

Notice also the copyright on screen capture, is you tube making money
on this even while censoring this video ? The dailymail does give credit
to original poster that took video, see comments of his.

New 'patdown' fury as video reveals shirtless boy being subjected to 'invasive' search at U.S. airport

The controversy over 'invasive' pat-downs by Transport Security Administration officials at airports deepened today after footage of a small child being searched was placed online.

More than 650,000 people have watched the 39-second clip in which the youngster can be seen shirtless and surrounded by burly TSA officers who carry out the search.

One officer examines the child's shirt before touching his lower body during the search as his helpless father watches at Salt Lake City International Airport.

Shocking: The child is subjected to a search with his shirt off at Salt Lake City International Airport

Mob-handed: Three security officers look at the child, whose arms can be seen in front of his father

Outraged passengers watch the shocking search with one asking: 'Are they arresting a kid?'

Another is heard to say: 'This is ridiculous.'

The footage was captured by YouTube user lukemtait who claims it was taken at 12pm on Friday.
