After 9/11, the fear of another attack on U.S. soil cleanly supplanted the fear of having one`s penis chopped off by a vengeful lover in the pantheon of irrational American fears.

While we`re constantly being told that another attack is imminent and that radical Islamic fundamentalists are two steps away from establishing a caliphate in Branson, Missouri, just how close are they? How do the odds of dying in a terrorist attack stack up against the odds of dying in other unfortunate situations?

The following ratios were compiled using data from 2004 National Safety Council Estimates, a report based on data from The National Center for Health Statistics and the U.S. Census Bureau. In addition, 2003 mortality data from the Center for Disease Control was used.

-- You are 12,571 times more likely to die from cancer than from a terrorist attack

-- You are 11,000 times more likely to die in an airplane accident than from a terrorist plot involving an airplane

-- You are 1048 times more likely to die from a car accident than from a terrorist attack

--You are 404 times more likely to die in a fall than from a terrorist attack

-- You are 87 times more likely to drown than die in a terrorist attack

-- You are 13 times more likely to die in a railway accident than from a terrorist attack

--You are 12 times more likely to die from accidental suffocation in bed than from a terrorist attack

--You are 9 times more likely to choke to death on your own vomit than die in a terrorist attack

--You are 8 times more likely to be killed by a police officer than by a terrorist

--You are 8 times more likely to die from accidental electrocution than from a terrorist attack

Although I distrust statistics immensely, these statistics verify something I know from my own intuition.

When I read about the '19 Arab Hijackers' of 911, I thought it was a joke. At least 7 of them are still alive. My only conclusion was that the official story is completely make-believe, and there really were no terrorists. Or if there were, they were people paid by governments or by unknown groups to do what they do--none of them do it out of conviction or for a cause. Terrorist attacks are black ops events. False flags. They only happen to create a desired psychological tension in the population, or to justify whatever TPTB want to do. First they wanted us to take off our shoes at the airports, so we had a shoe bomber. Then they wanted to sell full body scanners to the airports, or stick their hands in our pants, so they gave us an 'underwear bomber'. And all the while, they take away our liberties, and treat the public as if they were the terrorists.

And in the minds of TPTB, the public are the terrorists. Everything we have seen in this farcical War on Terror has been a measure taken by paranoid lunatics to protect the government from the public, not the public from the government sponsored terrorism.

How many terrorists have been captured and tried? Has anyone been convicted for any acts of terror? Any convictions for 911? For 7/7 in London? For the Madrid bombings, or the Mumbai bombings? Nobody. We have farcical terrorists, like Osama bin Laden, and Sheikh Khaled Mohammed and Richard Reed and Mutallab with his pants on fire.

We are all more likely to be killed by the frightened morons who hunt imaginary terrorists, than by any real terrorists because the real ones just plainly do not exist. They are 'social engineering' tools--patsies used to scare, disarm and lock up the sheeple with fear.
