On another favourite subject AKA gold, I posted a link in the refining section of an outback West Australian lady who refines the raw rock etc that prospectors up that way take in. Interesting watching how she does it. Not sure it ticks all the boxes on occupational health and safety. ;)

Iran isn't even self sufficient in refined petroleum.
Iran may well become the tool for Russia and China but I don't think they will succeed on their own.
