You can find better recipies online. But, I tend to do things the easy way ;D

I put frozen mixed veggies in a sauce pan with a couple cans of condensed cream of chicken soup

and leftover turkey meat

warm it up and pour it into a pie crust

and put the other pie crust on top, seal it and bake for bout 40 min.

That's quite a bit of leftover turkey in that photo. There is never that much leftover around here. Good idea, though.

Another good idea is to combine the veggies, cream of chicken, and turkey with a package of egg noodles for a hearty turkey-noodle soup.

I used to make 3-4 pie crusts on Thanksgiving. Use 2-3 to make pumpkin, apple, etc. Then save one crust for the turkey pot pie leftovers. That was always a hit. Just kind of mixed turkey, gravy, and stuffing into it and baked. Turned out surprisingly well.

Either way, pot pie is a great way to use that leftover turkey.

Maybe I'm confusing it with Alpo or something ?

No. That's it.
