Quick Question Regarding eBay Seller w/o Feedback

I am the high bidder on a laptop (for my mom) coming from Florida and the seller has zero feedback. After paying through paypal will I be 100% covered if it is not legit?

PP no longer covers the transaction, ebay does, although certainly PP is the hammer they use.
