So who listens to Micheal Savage? He is pretty good. I can't stand it though when that mush mouth Jeff Cooner sits in for him.

What are facts about Calamari?
A: Calamari make a delicious appetizer when sliced, battered, and deep fried.
What is a fact?
A: A fact is a true stament. It is something people can prove. Example: The Sun rises in the east.

I really got a kick out of the time he said he got stuck on a sandbar. He said Teddy had to go to the bathroom but would not go on the boat. As soon as they got home Teddy ran strait for his desk and took a dump on the floor LOL

Not at all. I only post stuff like this in the general discussion I'm not trying to derail any kind of specific forums on here. I like this site and the people. I might have some things that interest me that are out of the norm but that's what keeps the world interesting.

If you had Beck on one side of ya and Savage on the other side of ya and told them to both start talking you'd have two neocon asshats speaking their complete and utter fvcking BS in stereo. If you added Limbaugh and Levine you'd have complete and utter fvcking BS in surround sound.

Savage was born Michael Alan Weiner in the Bronx, New York, to Benjamin and Rae Weiner, he comes from Russian Jewish heritage.
Must be real popular on your hill Billy but not so much at GSUS.

I used to listen to him, and once I even got on the air to discuss GMO foods with him. He compared modern genetic engineering of foods to the Incas selectively harvesting the plants which eventually became maize, or corn. I tried to explain how the process of "engineering" new genes into the existing DNA damages and destroys whole sections of the genetic code, and then I was off the air...

It was maybe 4 or 5 years ago, so maybe he's changed his tune, but I swear as sure as God made green apples, he was defending GMO.

I see Savage as an entertainer. If you notice he works himself up to the point where it seems like he'll explode... right on cue for the commercial break. He's also inconsistant and takes contrarian views just to be contrary even if he contradicts something he said a day or so ago.

Really there is not much of an option for mainstream radio. Savage is pretty good compared to the normal crap that most radio stations have to offer. I used to listen to Beck when he was on at nights before they promoted him to his day time show and gave him a "handler" I fucking hate it when they insert some douche like that into an otherwise good show to "keep an eye" on the host. Fuck that! as soon as Beck submitted to that he was useless in my eyes.

The AM talk-radio airwaves have been a wasteland for a decade or longer. Weiner's another agitprop shill.
Internet "truth radio" is a bastion of sanity by comparison. You can listen to the live streams, and in most cases download archive MP3s for later listening, including on your MP3 player away from your 'puter. Many of these are commercial free, otherwise via the MP3 you can just FF through the commercials.
I'm too lazy to list/link the mountain of good shows right now, anyone?

Pat can you recommend any shows like Coast to Coast? I really dig conspiracy theories just not so much the Alien Bigfoot crap. Thanks
Also about Savage can anyone argue that he is not spot on when it comes to Illegal Aliens? No one else is telling it like he does about them at least not around here.

I like Rense (http://rense.com/), depending on the guest. He's a good interviewer. Couple reservations about him but that's true of every host. Airs weeknights 7-10 PST, then repeats once right after. see nightly guests & listen link in the left pane, few page-downs.
DBS (http://iamthewitness.com/) - see audio files 2nd pane from the left, commercial free.
The Ugly Truth w/Mark Glenn. http://theuglytruth.podbean.com commercial free.
Kevin Barrett (http://www.truthjihadradio.blogspot.com/) - 2 shows/week on 2 networks
http://americanfreedomradio.com/show_archives.html - I don't know all these hosts but these are the archives, open the shows and they usu tell who the guests are
Mike Ruppert - The Lifeboat Hour (http://www.progressiveradionetwork.com/the-lifeboat-hour/) - one hour Sun nights, he doesn't list his weekly guest in the archives, you just have to play them and find out, he gives a good monologue at the opening for several mins before bringing on the guest. One commercial in the middle.
Those are just a few off the top of my head; there's always AJ (http://www.infowars.com/), I learned a lot from him in my earlier "truther years", but decided his stuff is too depressing/terrifying... if he does an esp good interview I usually hear about it here @ GSUS or elsewhere, and can listen on youtube. Last daily 3 hour show repeats 24/7 until the next new show.
