That's why I stay home on Black Friday. I don't care how good the deals are. It is not worth dealing with that kind of human-garbage. Most of the time the stuff goes back on sale and for cheaper right before Christmas anyway.

It is so frustrating having a slow internet connection where watching a small video isn't even possible. :boohoo I can only imagine how awful the people were in the videos.

I know how you feel. When I moved to my rural area I went from cable internet to dial up, as even the telephone company didn't provide high speed out here. I now have a cell phone stick modem that is somewhere in between the two speed wise. The stick can be astonishingly fast on rare occasions are so frustratingly slow more often.

To play a video I usually start it, hit pause to let it load up, and then play a game of freecell or two while it loads. Takes away the frustration of all the starts and stops that normally occurs.

I got one fall 2008 and for the next 8 months or so it rocked! (other than being down for 15 minutes to a half hour every night). Much of the time could watch video with no buffer delay. Then by summer 2009 is was slow too much of the time and hanging up a dozen times an hour. Too expensive too once the original promo price ended and I no longer had work internet to fill part of my needs. Not sure what the problem was, but I blame the introduction of Iphones taking up all my bandwidth. ;D
