The entire Gaza thing is the problem, divided states cannot/do not survive.Bangladesh used to be East Pakistan, Yemen was divided,Ireland etc. Germany was the only exception that did not ending up having a civil war to reunify.I believe if the West Bank, which was originally Jordan territory,was to be THE Palestinian state, then you might have a shot at a country, The tiny Gaza area has Israel on one side, Egypt on the other and neither one likes them whatsoever, so much for Arab Unity.Gaza should be returned to Egypt,It is too small to be an independant country, it has nothing to support itself with.
