Escalating the conflict in Korea

Today the US agreed to a request by the SK government to retaliate against any further provocation by the North by using airstrikes.

Given the North's gratuitous air defense systems this type of retaliatory strike would have to include the disabling of FLAK/Radar prior to a sortie run on the stationary artillery.

This is a huge ramp up in rhetoric and if followed up will likely lead to full scale war.
