Sick of bears explaining QE2? Prefer to watch Jon Stewart roasting the monetary Hewlett Retard instead? Here is your chance. Somehow catching Ben Bernanke lying on national TV has become not only a national sport, but one that provokes uncontrollable laughter… Ironically that is the laughter of all those whose money on a daily basis is worth less and less, courtesy of the Chancellor (Chairman is so QE1) buying back $50 billion in debt every week. Presumably laughing as one’s net worth is getting destroyed makes it more palatable. Just wait as the country collapses into uncontrollable hysteric guffaws as the 30 Year mortgage passes 5%, then 6%, then 7%, etc. destroying up to 25% of household net worth.

You can't beat the point he made,
as Stewboy mocks the awake, proving he's like the rest of them.

The setup in the sketch of digital input of money (akin to printing money), printing money (new bills), and burning money (bad new bills) is leading the "awake" and "hip" crowd towards the the little plastic cards. imo.

I see it as an excuse to use the plastic cards.
With an argument along the lines of:
"We can no longer keep our money safe from counterfeiters and with cards everyone will have their own distinct accounts and pin numbers." "We can stop organized crime and the drug trade with these steps." "We will also save money by not needing to print and replace worn paper money and coins."

It's pretty ridiculous what the guy continually dresses up as comedy.

Tragic really...and people laugh, have their dinner, go take a crap, yawn, and haul their fat asses off to bed, as the entire reality flies right over their heads.

Funny show tonight eh hon? .....yeah......g-nite. zzzz

Bernanke is printing us into the worst depression the world has ever known and people are laughing about it. We will see how funny it is when starvation sets in.
