Hopped up PWC easily go twice as fast. Plus I can imagine the oven effect of the enclosed cockpit in the summertime (there's no way that machine has A/C, as the powerplant is too small).

i would be happy to sell someone a sunken boat for $999. it makes a great, lifelong safe deposit box, and there are no marina fees, PLUS the IRS doesn't know where it is.
