Boehner's the one. He was on 60 minutes and was crying for no apparent reason. A quick search shows that he seems to do this a lot. Weird.

This Boehner guy just creeps me out. I can read the conniving scumsucker mind in his eyes. He is spineless and self-serving. He will sabbotage any "tea party" efforts.

Actually, the PATRIOT Act has a very useful (for us) provision in it, where 18 USC 2331 was amended:

(5) the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that—
(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
(B) appear to be intended—
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;

We the people just need to be following through and filing criminal complaints since as a matter of course state actors routinely violate the criminal laws of the United States and of the states (racketeering, kidnapping, extortion, perjury, etc.) and "intimidate or coerce a civilian population". I don't know how any reasonable man or woman can deny these accusations.
