Coming back yesterday from my trip to CostCo I saw a sign by the highway that said "War Memorial" meaning the that memorial was at the next turn off........I became very angry when I saw this because to me, as written, in that form a "War Memorial" is dedicated to war and not to the veteran that fought in the way.......it should had read "Veterans War Memorial"
What you you think?

In a culture of war-making, profit-making, death, and destruction, what else do you expect?

I was working on a sign about the size of the one on the freeway with the word "Veterans" and one of this day I'll be going back to put it above the "War Memorial" sign.......
"To know something and do nothing about it is worse than not knowing about it".....me.
And that's my rule and as to why I live a happy life now........I follow my own rules.

I think you made an excellent observation there, Ponce.
Now let us all bow our heads and kneel in subjugation to all our wars past, present and future. :P
And we mustn't forget the wonderful leaders who give us these wars
that are waged to keep us all protected from the chaos of liberty. ::)
