Big long list but right at the bottom there is a reference to that image and they say the left hand one is a weaved hand signal but they don't elaborate on that.

I just put my hands in both of these positions,

neither are casual, neither are relaxed, neither are natural,

they involve twisting the muscles to get there, and it takes constant effort to stay there

Also neither of these gestures are in my "Dictionary of Mudras" (Mudra is a meditation position for your hands)
