China builds over twenty new cities a year that will take anywhere between 30,000 to 300,000 people, and yet they are all empty......a new college city for 2.5 millions students have only 11,000 of them.

SO why does China have a one child policy when they whole cities that are vacant???

People mess up the place,these cities will last longer with out people.

No litter,no sirens,no stop lights,no cops.

Should be more of it,in fact one of these places may become a capital city one day.
