I read a comment on another site about flour now consisting of wheat & barley.
I forgot to look at the store yesterday what ingredients are now in plain "flour". But I looked at every bread product we're using this week that's on the counter. Every one (4 different kinds of bread products) lists wheat flour & barley flour.
Usually I'm obsessed about avoiding the HFCS, so I hadn't even noticed the flour shift.
Just thought I'd share that!
