The present system is a departure from the origins of the federal government. This government is now set as PRIVATE and FOR PROFIT. As such they need your consent to agree to their so called "laws". These are indeed laws if you are part of the corporate structure. I suspect most people have no knowledge that this is a PRIVATE structure and are voluntarily going along because they mistake DC for a PUBLIC enterprise.

If you have any doubt of the PRIVATE nature of government check any envelopes you receive from them. If they are paying 1st class postage then they have no more status than you or I. If instead there is FRANKING displayed where the postage would normally go then you probably have some assurance that this is from the government.

Even the UN operates under PRIVATE international law. The countries that sign up with the UN agree to these laws by their consent.
