Any other SKYPE users having problems today?

A ton of us so called "activists" use skype as a way to communicate. And for some reason skype isn't working. What this actually signifies is how reliant we are on the internet, and how WEAK we really are.

Shut down the internet, and all of MY communication is kaput.

It's back up Rambler, but what this really shows is how we need to get the FUCK off the internet in terms of communication. I don't know crap about HAM, but I do know that with "skip" you can hear stuff from the other side of the planet. Today with the amount of overcast we've got, I can hear stuff 50 miles away just on the CB in my truck, but with HAM you can skip across the planet.

Perhaps GSUS needs a ham radio for dummies subforum to get us uneducated folks informed on those matters.

Skype down for me now too, was up when users first started reporting issues. None in my company are currently online (including India users).
