holy smokes! this kaito ka1103 came about an hour ago. it is awesome. it picks up so much stuff i don't even know where to begin, and i haven't even plugged in the huge antenna yet. it's like a whole new world just opened up!

The one that I ordered will be coming in next week.......keep me updated on yours and if I don't like mine I will then order another one like yours.......make sure to check out the direction that the antenna is facing, look at the map of the world and point the flat part towards Europe or what ever........me? towards Cuba of course hahahahahahah.

awww. I wish I had of known about that radio earlier. I bought a world radio for my Dad thinking it would at least pic up some HAM but nothing. That one would at least have some people to people comms reception capability. Looks good.

It looks pretty good. Too bad you can only RX with it...
