It's very long but spot on about many points. It's interesting but it comes with a $49 pitch and a lure toward the end. The lure is hinted at throughout the audio as well.

This is something that got a lot of bashing when I was at GIM1, members there, myself included, provided usually better information and exposed many investment service pitches as overly harping on fear techniques to make a buck.

The pitch in this case starts with 5 reports that the author/owner will send you for free (as long as you first send in your credit card and pay the $49 to start the yearly service).

While $49 isn't a lot for a yearly subscription service, I didn't like the way the pitch was handled.

For example, one lure was to talk about what they're calling the #1 investment of all time something that beat stocks by 12 thousand percent (they said) from 1970 to 2010. He goes on and on about how important this investment is and what it is NOT (not guns, not gold, not stocks) but won't tell you what it is unless you subscribe. I found that quite annoying.
Anyway, I know that they are talking about functioning farm land on that example, but many people would not know that particular pitch. And there were others as well, like the one where you extract great returns from the stock market but without investing in stock / stock options - but again you won't get even the name of the investment strategy unless you subscribe first.

I would say listen to the 1st two-thirds, but if you're not thinking of subscribing to an investment service then I would skip the last portion.

I heard part of an interview with him on A. Jones. He seemed to know what was up. From the parts that I heard, The guy was talking down to Alex like AJ had no clue and Alex for some reason treated the guy with respect-- almost to the point of kissing up. I gathered that it was a paid advertisement on AJs show rather than an interview. I could be wrong but that was my impression.

I listened to the report. I have to agree with FM. the first 2/3s were good, the last part was an infomercial. That's the only thing that stopped me from passing it along.
