You don't usually see older trucks with Mexican plates...it's always new cars and SUV's around here.

There is an exodus of the wealthy out of Mexico. They have seminars for wealthy Mexicans on how to get permanent residency...it's either make a large investment in a US business or buy a business. Northern Mexico is in the hands of the Zetas.
