Pretty hard to find any under 22 X Face value. I bought 20 Franklin halves on the Bay yesterday and paid $220.60.

Tulving has quarter/dimes for 20 cents under spot. Halves 10 cents under and walking liberties at spot. Gotta buy $1,000 face minimum though.
