That was my impression too..

There's only a small handful of alt-media writers I'm aware of (Dupre, Icke, Makow, Len Horowitz...) who are calling the BP/Gulf situation what it is: a deliberate mil/indus/petrol/msm op from the word go, multiple agendas, on the scale of the 911 false flag.

I've got no easy answers for the Gulf folks- hate to say, they can live in a wrecked econ dying a slow-kill murder by poisoning (depopulation is obviously one of the agendas); or they can move elsewhere & they're outsiders in similarly wrecked econ's, esp if they were to move en masse to new regions. Hard to imagine this ending well for most of them, but that is what the perps have calculated.

I heard Jim McCanney offer a partial solution early on, to basically use large (HUGE) funnels underwater, to suck up the oil as it emerges from the ocean floor, then have a fleet of supertankers on the surface, to pump it into.

not a perfect fix, but would greatly reduce the potential effects.

I think the nuclear option is not really possible, the salt dome would likely collapse, making an even greater hole/leak

McCanney stated any of the big naval yards could make the funnels that size (including new orleans)


just a matter of getting it placed over the holes, and arranging the tankers.

of course oil prices would fall off a cliff, they hit some deep, super deposit of oil, and that thing could gush for a decade or more....

I'd have to go back and find the stories, but I recall they allegedly (everything is "allegedly" when talking about what the complicit MSM reports on the Gulf Op) tried to lower something big/heavy over the oil volcano; don't remember how it worked but it wasn't a "funnel" type jobee.

The late Matt Simmons (accidentally drowned (http://gold-silver.us/forum/gulf-oil-disaster/oil-expert-whistleblower-matt-simmons-found-dead-of-drowning/), ;)) said there was at least one other oil volcano within about 5 miles which everyone was mum about. And I've heard several people allege that there are multiple continuing "leaks" on the Gulf floor even today, IE the oil keeps flowing... & BP has continually sprayed corexit through today, long after they officially ceased it last Summer.

Perhaps the most interesting theory I've heard re the multiple agendas in play in the Gulf Op, involve the use of "synthetic bacterias/algaes" to ultimately turn the gulf into a huge bio-fuel/algae farm:

Also, while it's early & inconclusive, another theory says TPTB's deliberately murdering the Gulf stopped the Florida Loop Current which becomes the N. Atlantic (warm water) Current which keeps N. Europe habitable, to wit: the extraordinarily harsh/cold winter across N. Europe this year; and further, that their murdering this current has caused the current domino chain of "odd/extreme weather" events worldwide,
