Directed energy weapons include lasers, high power microwave, and millimeter wave models among others. A relevant December 2007 Department of Defense (DOD) report called them a "transformational game changer in military operations, able to augment and improve operational capabilities in many areas," for both lethal and non-lethal purposes.

Among other applications, EMF weapons/devices are used for harassment, surveillance and mind control. Agencies like the Pentagon, CIA and NSA use them to monitor people, manipulate their minds, harm, and at times kill them. The Navy Times called them the "most feared and controversial weapon(s) of (the) modern age."

Begun in 1953, it was the code name for a secret CIA mind control program to perfect a truth drug. It followed earlier WW II hypnosis, primitive drugs research, and the US Navy's Project Chatter, identifying and testing drugs on both animal and human subjects. These and other experiments aimed to control human behavior through psychedelic and halluncinogenic drugs, electroshock, radiation, graphology, paramilitary techniques, and various psychological/sociological/anthropological methods, among others.

They comprised a vast open-field of mind experimentation, using anything that might work, legal or not on willing and unwitting subjects. For example, Dr. Ross Adey worked on the CIA's Pandora Project, using microwaves to send signals to human brains. Cataloguing the results, he showed how they affected emotional and pathological states. He also learned that human brains could be controlled remotely through extremely low frequency modulated microwave beams, able to cause psychological and physical harm.

People could be turned in zombies, their minds easily controlled. Physical harm also resulted, affecting their blood, cardiovascular system, cells, central nervous and digestive systems, glands, metabolism, reproduction, eyesight, and hearing. In addition, subjects could be made suicidal or driven mad. Moreover, sounds and speech can be placed in victims' brains, actual voices they can't control or stop.

Other effects include unexplainable burning, itching, tickling or pressure; "humming" or "buzzing" causing sleeplessness and anxiety; loss of body control, producing sudden twitching or jerking of an arm or leg; and feelings of dread, rage, lust, sorrow, or other emotions that come and go quickly.

Moreover, microwave cooking can heat people to death by increasing the radiation field intensity, causing local hot spots in eyes, gall bladders, and other body parts. Paralysis can also be induced. Memories are erased or impaired. Cancerous cells can be produced, and behavior modified the way authorities wish, even turning people into killers, microwave signals directing them. The entire mobile phone network can be used for these purposes, yet people are unaware of what's happening.

Post-WW II, human radiation experiments were conducted, affecting thousands of US citizens. Millions more were exposed to radioactive fallout from over 200 atmospheric and underground tests. At the Nevada site in the 1950s and 1960s, detonations affected over 200,000 '"atomic vets," thousands more downwind also in Nevada, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico. These and numerous other physical and psychological experiments caused enormous harm to hundreds of thousands of unwitting people, victimized by their own country.

Electronic harassment and mind control technologies direct energy through lasers, radio frequency energy beams, holography, interferometry, electromagnetic radiation, radio and sound waves, satellites, radar, miniature electronic robots, smart dust, and other means. All do it invisibly over thousands of miles. They can penetrate walls, buildings, metals, concrete, mountains and thousands of miles of earth.

Intersecting energy beams create radiation pockets in victims, engineered to contain sound waves, messages, heat and pressure stress, simulated forms of electromagnetic radiation, telepathic images, as well as holographic and virtual reality simulations. Directed energy beams can also track, locate and target people harmfully. They can only be blocked by force fields or materials that absorb or deflect them. What they are remain top secret.

Bush I declared the 1990s "The Decade of the Brain," an effort "to enhance public awareness of the benefits to be derived from brain research," keeping its dark side hidden.

The Pentagon's DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) conducted research and development in "augmented cognition," what universities call "cognitive science." It's the interdisciplinary study of how information is represented and transformed in the brain. The Pentagon's purpose was for military applications, including manipulating the emotions and behavior of adversaries.

Used globally, it's applicable individually, for crowd control, or larger groups, using millimeter waves, pulsed energy projectiles, and high power magnetic weapons, subjects unaware of what's hitting them.

The NSA's Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) involves decoding EMF waves to tap into computers wirelessly and track people. Using EMF Brain Stimulation to monitor individuals, organizations and nations, it complements the CIA/Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's Imagery Intelligence (IMINT). NSA's DOMINT can track millions of people simultaneously. It can also inflict harm, control subjects psychologically and kill.

In conflict zones like Iraq and Afghanistan, "Project Sheriff" is used to give "troops working in urban terrain more options" against combatants and noncombatants alike. Humvees and armored personnel carriers have been retrofitted with non-lethal weapons, including microwave-like pain rays (an Active Denial System) and a Long Range Acoustic Device emitting earsplitting sounds.

Pulsed Energy Projectiles (PEPs) travel nearly at the speed of light. With pinpoint accuracy, they emit invisible laser pulses, electromagnetic radiation, stunning targets, knocking them off their feet, paralyzing them in pain. Their long-term effects, however, are unknown, including on the brain.

Voice to Skull directed acoustic devices are neuro-electromagnetic non-lethal weapons, able to produce mood-altering sounds in a person's head. Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) uses satellite transmitted extra low frequencies (ELF) to send voice to brain communications. Long Range Acoustic Devices (LRADs) are used for crowd control. They produce 150-decibel acoustic beams, "designed to communicate with authority and exceptionally high intelligibility in a 15 - 30 degree beam." They emit verbal challenges over distances beyond 500 meters, with warning tones to influence behavior. They can also inflict physical harm, manipulate minds, and cause death.

The field of Augmented Cognition includes Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), used therapeutically and for military purposes. The latter is to emit close proximity electrical impulses to the brain to affect mood, sleep patterns, and improve cognitive abilities in areas of learning, memory, attentiveness, visualization, and decision-making. The long-term neurological effects are unknown. The potential for human harm is considerable.

Most people know nothing about directed energy weapons, manipulating, incapacitating and killing many thousands who have no idea what hit them. America has been a longtime global offender, developing and using them for decades to surveille, harass, intimidate, manipulate, torture, and kill. They can also read minds and turn people into zombies. Why? To achieve total unchallengeable control.

So-called "non-lethal weapons" can be as harmful as killer ones. Ongoing research, in fact, is chilling. Waging war on human minds and bodies, it's morally, ethically, and legally indefensible. Continuing, however, atrocity technologies are produced, mostly without public knowledge or that governments like America use them against their own people and others. For ill, of course, not good. Let's run with the HAARP theory, just for kicks. Recall, there were tornados in AR on 12/31, and this aint tornado season. Tornadoes kill seven in south and mid-western America (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-12100240)

Let's imagine HAARP could do to animal's unique bio-electrical frequencies something similar to what TPTB did to Wellstone & JFK Jr's small planes: storm them with EMP weapons causing total electrical system failure causing loss of control and inevitable crashing (http://www.conspiracyplanet.com/channel.cfm?channelid=94&contentid=644), leaving no physical evidence of what happened at the crash sites.

So let's say these birds were all spooked to fly from their nighttime treetops by initial HAARP bombardment tuned to their specific breed's bio-electrical frequencies, and further that continued bombardment in flight disabled them physically such that they came crashing down, with the blunt trauma of the crash to earth being what killed them. Plausible?

Then consider there was the same thing happening at the same time to the same breed of birds in Latin America... seems to rule out basic weather/lightning/hail... :conf:

If U listen to the podcast in reply 4, guest R. Campbell is optimistic at various times about human consciousness, and how a strong constitution can overcome the EM games "they" play on given targets.

Unfortunately from a "credibility among J6Ps" perspective, Campbell also went into an odd tangent near the beginning about how she has it from a credible source that us.mil has bases on the moon & mars. Fill in my standard "I allow for the possibility..." & "take the bait, leave the hook..." spiels here. :)

Any job a robot can do I don't believe I would be interested in. The job is either repetitive or hazardous. Either way it is bound to be boring.

Years ago working for a major tire manufacturer the topic came up concerning safety. Seems every 6 months the tire builders would blow out a shoulder and the cost of surgery and recovery was in the tens of thousands for each incident. The problem was they were required to take an awl and punch holes around the tire carcass so that when it went into the mold air could escape from the space between the tire and the mold. The obvious choice was to throw the carcass in a robotic jig to let a robot punch the holes. The rubber workers union was adamant that they would prefer to see shoulders rebuilt than to let a single robot into the plant.

DARPA stands for Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and is a scantily promoted bureaucracy within the US Department of Defense that develops new technologies for use by the secret services and the American armed forces. Their exotic weaponry is light years beyond what most people think is even remotely possible.

Anything DARPA develops today might be kept secret for decades. For instance, weather control and modification for warfare use was engineered before the Vietnam War. Although our military utilized weather control during that war, such a capability is top secret even to this day.

Another top secret is DARPA’s ability to use electromagnetics to implant thoughts into the heads of anyone, especially those people who have slow vibrations, which are brought on in many ways, most commonly by watching too much mainstream television.

A gauge for human vibrations, commonly called vibes, is angry people have low, slow vibes, while happy individuals have quick, high ones.

How do I know such things? I have good sources. But actually, one doesn’t need any sources, good or otherwise, if their intuition is sharp enough. And by the way, people with good intuition have high vibes, while those with nasty thoughts have low ones.

For eons, however, man has been plagued with a more basic reason for his unwanted thoughts. The closest that ancient man came to understanding the source of those negative thoughts came from his belief they were evil spirits. The Muslims called them the Jen. I still do not have WiFi running in my house or workplace. I can assure you that it makes a very big difference to how I feel and to the clarity and focus of my thoughts. I was amazed then and still am. I found myself loosing my calm fairly easily and my thoughts jumping about. Not bad thoughts but I guess it's like an ADD response or something.

I find if I spend a couple of hours being exposed to wifi I can feel it's effects coming on. There are a couple of locations I have been the past few months where this has happened. I sometimes need to activate a WiFi for myself but it is usually short lived. 30 minutes or so.

I have some other things that transmit in the ghz range and I can actually feel the emissions. A keyboard for one. If I place it on my lap when using it I can feel some heat coming from it and it's not body heat. Doesn't seem to have the same effect as the WiFi does.

I don't suppose anyone else is able to turn their WiFi off for a few weeks and see how they feel? If they notice anything.

I run a few other radios and carry one with me 24/7. Nearly always on but not always transmitting. We are only talking 5w handy talkie. I have others which do more, like you but I don't use them. The most I put out is 50W and I don't do that often. I have often wondered about the people attracted to radio, because they really are attracted. It's a very eclectic mix of people but I often wonder if there is some commonality that isn't visible. Are radio geeks somehow attracted or brain excited by radio waves/emissions?

I think it's possible. My experience has been that radio hobbyists tend to be life long radio hobbyists. And even those that give it up (more in CB world than Amateur) they seem to come back. I was keen on radio since I was 9 or 10 yrs old. I used to visit a radio store and listen to the HF coming in on the big Sony radios. Like the 400. It was amazing to hear American people on a radio someone could have in their home. If they had enough money.

I always had in my head I wanted to do amateur and own one of those big radios. I was one of those who left and came back. Its hard to explain. It is a great way to meet people. You might not actually ever meet them but can be good friends. I have friends in both groups. People I have met and people I have not.....yet. Kind of like a forum really.

I don't like the WiFi effects mostly from the N version. 150 - 300mpbs multi channel. I recall someone posting something that said WiFi N was not actually approved yet or hadn't been cleared for health hazards. Anyway personal observations. It works for me. Cb, in the mid 60's was my first step and intro, then some local hams that elme'rd me in what was ham/amateur radio, never looked back. Best code, after 20 wpm, you start hearing words, to fast to try and copy individual anything. Need to get back and play, but my best sending was at the peak was near or better of 30 + wpm. Again recieving was copying words and more, not individual charatures (sp)

Best amp tho was illegal for a "ham" was running close to 5-6 thousand watts, P.E.P.. Did not run peak all the time kept it in the 1500-2000 watt ,range. 4 -3CX1500A7 or close, need to dig into my records of what that dam amp used, scary it was , fun for sure, driven lightly normally then was the wild hair, 8kw or close, fillings in your mouth would talk to you.,was scared to drive them to the max, plus over draw the ac feed to the house. Think at the time 10 kw was the max, not kill everyone in the neighborhood, max. Grin.

I know rf fields in a shack, I have storys of things arcing and smoking!!!!! Hell I know neighbors that have things smoking and arcing , That amp learned to run in the better part of the 1/8 or so range.

Built from scratch, that took me near 3 years scrounging, to get it together. Sold it for close to 6 grand. Which was a deal! Way less than a dollar a watt.. And can never again do it again, for the price.

I did make money off it, a good chunk! At the time.

Grin.

Have settled down now...But it was one hell of a good time. at the time. Was working at max in the 160 band mostly and 75-80 meter band when the conditions were right, mostly. 40 and 20 and above I played nice.

It works for me.Hf, (high frequency) radio is fun, and truly international depending on the band and solar cycle plus time of day.

I still hold that for most of us that wade through rf fields today, which we all do, unless you live way out in the sticks or in the mountains where the fields are for sure weak, as far as density of the fields go.

They that live in city's, and the subs, wade through rf fields that are made up from dam near, DC to light as far as frequency's that we are exposed to.

The longer wave rf fields methinks are mostly harmless imo, but once the rf frequency gets to one gig, and above I am not so sure, low power methinks not so much harm, higher power at uhf and above (microwave) I do get concerned about getting close to an active emitter (antenna, or unshielded amp/rf section of a radio at power) .

Wifi, for now is below one gig and methnks need to lookup the power allowed, but thinking it is less than one watt, b,g, and n as it stands now, N is the lesser used (here at least) of the standards tho N has the shorter range because of the frequency used , has real problems passing through walls and such , compared to b and g which g is so far now the most popular.

Think there is nothing to worry about, unless one uses their wifi router as a pillow, do not recommend at all, I do think as stated above less than one gig, at the power levels used for wifi, will cause no harm, for most of us. Note I said for most of us, can not say for everyone. Cell phones are a good example most op above wifi frequency's and I do not think having one next to your head is a good thing at all, they op on the very low end of what I think is microwave transition frequency's. Wifi, there is a stand off distance the user is normally a few feet away from any active emitter elements.

Been years since I have thought of these issues, Thanks for helping me sturr the gray matter. Am I right, good question! But for sure I am not totally wrong ether!

I had a condition class amateur license when I was about 18. I never had the money to buy the equipment, got married young and had 4 babies to raise. The conditional class license was only good for 5 years without retesting. I didn't retest do to lack of funds to go to San Francisco, so it expired. K7MSR. I did a little CB after that, but never really got the radio bug again. In my case maybe I am not a true radio geek.

The why I got into radio, when I was deported back to home base (Born here hometown) when my mom tore the sheet with my stepneverfather and moved back where I was hatched, my grandad ran a TV/radio repair shop at home. (On the clock, (pumper) he worked for the Texas company, (known later as Texaco) He had a old hallicrafters receiver that brought the world to me! I still have all of his (granddad) national radio institute school learning stuff. I learned my basics from them as study material, along with real life repair/construction from my granddad and my elmer. His name was Jorge, who I refer below.

Did not hurt that his best friend was the biggest ham in town (He owned the other and biggest tv/radio repair shop in town) ! Built many a receiver and transmitter and a few amps, the last I sorta mentioned in one of my posts here.

I learned electronics from both, got my first ticket (Novice good for one year 5 wpm with theory, very limited band ranges 75-80meters and 40 can not remember if had privileges higher) when I was 13. (1964)

Been hooked ever since, many story's,of the old rigs. How you can move close to the receiver and the tuning could change without touching it. (Just one fun fact)

Note: When things went solid state, the world changed, my grandad did good, until color tv showed up , and he was getting tired , I to this day do not know if it baffled him or the cost for the diagnostic equipment or just said screw it. Think screw it.

The first integrated circuits were showing up and it did take major mind warping to see what took 10 tubes could fit on such a tiny space, with out high voltage.

I could carry on ,

I can still do board level repair , have/made the tools to test/remove and replace those bugs on a board. I refuse to replace what I can repair. Even in this throwawayworld.

Jim, Thanks for posting the wiring diagrams for smart cancer meters.

On par with that is this tidbit. My friend was approached by the wireless industry and tempted with installing a celluar tower on his 200 acre property. It was explained to him what would be there part of the system and was told there would be a 50,000 watt power source. He found out you only need 300 watts to run the cell tower if all it was doing was what it was supposed to be doing. What's all the rest of the wattage for ? Couldn't have something to do with behavior modification of the masses (http://www.indybay.org/newsitems/2011/12/10/18702414.php). The report dismisses microwave heating as being of limited suitability due to the long ramp up time to have an effect on the target (15-30 minutes). Contrast this with the Active Denial System that works at 95GHz and heats up the water molecules in the skin much more rapidly.

Microwave hearing is covered next discussing how the effect had been known for some time and indicating that the mechanism is probably due to pulsed RF frequencies causing thermoelastic expansion of the brain region around the cochlea. It goes on to discuss that it is quite possible to cause a voice to be heard in the skull due to this effect referencing a Walter Reed Army Institute of Research experiment which was able to send the words one to ten using this technique. The report suggests it as a possible way of communicating with hostages that their captors would not be able to detect.

The next technique discussed is disruption of motor control using a very fast pulse (nanasecond) at around the brain alpha frequency (15Hz). This causes disruption of the corticospinal pathways leading to muscle weakness, intense muscle spasms and loss of consciousness depending on the exact frequency. Also discussed is the effect of intense levels of sound (140-155dB) which cabn be used to cause spasmodic motion of the eyes and nausea. Finally the report covers the effects of exposure to high intensity laser radiation.

In all the report shows that considerable work has been done to understand the potential of electromagnetic radiation as a nonlethal weapon however no mention is made as to the deployment of these techniques in real weapons. (yeah sure,Steve)

I do not have time to fact check all of that, so I am letting it fly. A recurring theme on this web site is the drastically over powered cell towers, which are receiving hundreds if not thousands of times the power they need to do their job. Why pump as much power as WLS, (an AM station that can be heard nationwide and internationally) into a two mile region surrounding a cell tower? Derrick Robinson, President of Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance (http://www.freedomfchs.com/) (FFCHS) joins James for the hour. FFCHS has been in existence since 2005 addressing the issues of remote electronic assaults and surveillance.

The secret research and deployment of these devices and techniques affects multitudes of people in this country and the world, who are mostly unaware of their existence. FFCHS seeks to raise public awareness of the human atrocities that are occurring as a result of the abuse of these technologies, as well as a congressional hearing and investigation to expose and stop the perpetrators of these crimes.

Indeed, sources Robinson has worked with assert that as much as ten-to-twelve percent of the US population may be subject to some form of electronic harassment or surveillance. “There are probably at least millions of people who are victimized because we get calls every single day from all across the country,” Robinson points out, “from every major city, every major locality–a steady stream of people.”

There is a long history of such mind control research and techniques in the United States, dating at least to the CIA’s MKULTRA program begun in the early 1950s. “Basically their aim [has been] to control a human being without the person being aware of their efforts. They use drugs, they use electroshock, they use hypnosis, and ultimately electromagnetic energy. That seemed to be what paid off the most for them.”

Robinson notes the work of Yale mind control pioneer Jose Delgado. “He started off first with animals. He referred to cats as his electronic toys. And he was able to, just by using a remote radio frequency transmitter, he was able to make cats twirl in circles, to lay down, to roll over, to vocalize–just about anything he wanted them to do.” With additional experimentation, Delgado detected the specific frequencies necessary to to initiate the desired response in primates en route to the overt control of human minds, the findings of which are presented in his book, Physical Control of the Human Mind.

Not only are intelligence agencies at least indirectly involved in electronic harassment and surveillance of innocent individuals, but so too are private corporations.

What we have come to learn is that many of them are brought in to the system with the idea of investment in the technology, satellite technology, accessing certain parts of the spectrum to advertise their products. It’s a selling point for those in corporate industry, because then they’re able to subliminally market their products to an unaware public.

The prevalent demographic of an electronic harassment/surveillance victim is a single woman between the ages of 40 and 50 years old, although single men are also desirable targets. “They tend to choose individuals that are alone and unattached to family and friends,” Robinson observes. “They tend to want someone that they can isolate, and if they can get someone by themselves they can really bring the full bearing of their program upon them.”

Robinson notes that Alexis was in touch with FFCHS on September 1, 2013, less than two weeks before the fateful Navy Yard episode. “He had the exact same symptoms as many in our community. He was hearing voices. He was getting microwave attacks. He felt he was being followed by a group of people. He was sleep-deprived. In fact, he went to the hospital in search of medicine to help him to sleep …

This is a recurrent theme in the active shooters that we see oftentimes in the news. We’ve tried in some instances to make contact with the individuals that have survived to let them know what is going on with them.

Slain suspected Boston Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev said he heard voices in his head and believed in the concept of influencing others by way of “majestic mind control,” according to a new report.

Journalists at The Boston Globe (http://www.bostonglobe.com/Page/Boston/2011-2020/WebGraphics/Metro/BostonGlobe.com/2013/12/15tsarnaev/tsarnaev.html) published this weekend the result of a five-month investigation into the Tsarnaev family, and their report reveals new, never-before-released information about the 26-year-old Chechen boxer who, along with his younger brother Dzhokhar, is accused of orchestrating a terror attack at last April’s Boston Marathon race which killed three and left hundreds injured.

Tamerlan Tsarnaev died during a shootout with police days after the event, and his brother is currently awaiting trial in federal court in Massachusetts. With the high-profile terrorist case likely a long way from being settled, little attention has been paid to the story in the months since the dust cleared after the event.

Sally Jacobs, David Filipov, and Patricia Wen of the Globe have spent nearly half a year probing the Tsarnaevs’ past, and with their latest report they raise new questions about the brothers - particularly regarding the mental state of the supposed mastermind, Tamerlan.

“He believed in majestic mind control, which is a way of breaking down a person and creating an alternative personality with which they must coexist," Donald Larking, a 67-year-old man who attended a Boston mosque with the older brother, told the Globe.

Larking said that once he befriended the older Tsarnaev, the two quickly shared their thoughts on conspiracy theories and politics.

“He felt the US should not get involved in other people’s affairs and should stick to its own business,” Larking told the paper. “He did not like the country’s involvement in Afghanistan and Iraq at all.”

Then before long, Tsarnaev opened up even more.

“As their relationship grew closer, Tamerlan confided in Larking his troubling secret about the voice inside his head,” the Globe reported. “Tamerlan told him that he had been hearing the voice for some time, and that he had a theory of what might be afflicting him.”

“You can give a signal, a phrase or a gesture, and bring out the alternate personality and make them do things. Tamerlan thought someone might have done that to him,” Larking explained.

Others close to the bombing suspect knew about this secret too, but little was seemingly done to treat Tamerlan. He confided to his mother that it “felt like two people” were inside of him, and Larking said those voices got louder with time.

“He was torn between those two people,” said Larking. “He said that several times. And he did not like it.”

A family acquaintance told the Globe that he also believed Tsarnaev was suffering from a form of schizophrenia, which could have been exasperated by his frequent marijuana use and the physical toll of boxing. Tsarnaev’s parents did little to get their son treatment, however, and instead sought assistance for themselves. Anzor Tsarnaev, the boys’ father, reportedly suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder that developed after he fled embattled Chechnya “and often woke up screaming or weeping in the middle of the night." He, along with wife Zubeidat, made visits to a psychiatrist.

Their research, the Globe reporters say, “Establishes that the brothers were heirs to a pattern of violence and dysfunction running back several generations.”

But without treatment, matters worsened for Tamerlan Tsarnaev after he returned to the US following a trip to Dagestan in 2012.

“He said, ‘Someone is in my brain, telling me stuff to do,'" Larking recalled to the Globe. “He said he was trying to ignore it but it was hard to do. Whatever it was he was being told to do, he didn’t want to do it.”

Police say the Tsarnaev brothers later conspired to commit a mass act of terrorism at the April 2013 marathon.

Five months later, military contractor Aaron Alexis went on a rampage at the Washington Navy Yard in the US capital that killed a dozen people.

"Ultra-low frequency attack is what I've been subject to for the last 3 months," Alexis wrote in a message obtained by investigators after the incident. "And to be perfectly honest, that is what has driven me to this."

Alexis’ family members later told reporters that he was also believed to be suffering from schizophrenia, but unlike Tsarnaev had sought treatment. Hospital officials soon after acknowledged that Alexis had either canceled or failed to show up for an appointment he had scheduled weeks before the DC Navy Yard tragedy.

“To alter and control human minds is the ultimate anarchy,” writes Richard Condon, author of The Manchurian Candidate, in the book’s Foreword. “What is offered by official apologists as a tribute to the needs of derring-do by romantic spies are acts of hatred and sadism against all people in an insane and degraded determination to extirpate conscience from society.”

“Please keep fearfully in mind,” Condon continues,

that the astonishing information published in this seminal work of investigative reporting, concerning avenues taken to decision and execution by our secret police to dissolve human minds, then to operate those minds as a small boy might operate a Yo-Yo, for purposes of counter-intelligence military efficiency, and the destruction of democratic institutions, was drawn directly from federal records and from official laboratory archives of the highest educational purpose–as well as from the reviving memories of those who had already undergone the dehumanizing process.

The techniques of mind control developed, even by 1967, were making brainwashing seem like the metaphor it was: a washboard and scrub-bucket technique which had little use in a world where the sonic cleaner, with high frequency sound, higher than the human ear can hear, vibrates the dirt from the very molecules of matter–of the mind.

In 1947, J.G. Watkins induced criminal behavior in deeply hypnotized subjects during an army experiment. Watkins suggested a distorted view of reality to his subjects by inducing hallucinations which allowed them to avoid direct conflict with their own moral concepts. He carefully chose his suggestions to be in line with his subjects’ preexisting motivational structures, and so was able to induce so-called anti-social behavior.

The top priority for testing in mind control were those drugs which were found to induce hypnosis. The administration and effects of barbituates, amobarbital, secobarbital, pentothal, and sodium amytal were studied. Nonbarbiturate sedatives and calmatives such as ethchlorvynol, glutethimide, methyprylon, methylparafynol, captodramin, and oxanamide were also tested. A whole range of ampehtamines and their derivatives were discussed as good tools to produce a “produce a ‘push’–an outpouring of ideas, emotions, memories, and so forth.” New drugs, such as ritalin, marsilid, and mescaline were thought to hold great promise for mind-control applications. Perhaps the most promising of this last group was a “consciousness-expanding drug called LSD-25.

[In 1976] [t]he army announced that since 1956 it had tested LSD on nearly 1,500 it had tested LSD on nearly 1,500 unwitting servicemen, and on several thousand more volunteers, a total 6,940 in all. At the same time the army made this disclosure, it requested permission from the Defense Department to conduct further tests with at least two new drugs–drugs which were many times more powerful than LSD. Permission was granted with the stipulation that “guinea pigs” be volunteers only.

“What do you know about the military or intelligence agencies’ use of pain-drug hypnosis?” I asked. “They used several different things. I’ve seen, actually seen, guys coming back with blanks only in certain places of their memory. Let’s say that I know positively, not by hearsay, that it’s done.”
“You’ve seen it?” I asked.

“You’ll never get me to admit it;” he grinned.

“Well, how is it done?” I asked.

“They use hypnosis and hypnotic drugs. They also use electronic manipulation of the brain. They use ultrasonics, which will boil your brain. When they use hypnosis, they’ll at the same time be using a set of earphones which repeat, “‘You do not know this or that,’ over and over. They turn on the sonics at the same time, and the electrical patterns which give you memory are scrambled. You can’t hear the ultrasonics, and you can’t feel it, unless they leave it on–then it boils your grey matter.”

Unless the assassin had done the same research I had, he could not only have known this through firsthand experience. The CIA documents released in 1976 revealed that ultrasonic research was undertaken for a period of more than twenty years. But the documents said that the research had stopped, so I asked him about that.

“Yeah, the research has stopped. They’ve gone operational. It ain’t research anymore. They know how to do it,” he said.

“Do you mean that it is your opinion that it hasn’t stopped, or do you know it hasn’t stopped?” I asked.

Within days of the army’s admission of drug testing, the Department of Health, Education and Welfare revealed that it had administered LSD to about 2,500 prisoners, mental patients, and paid volunteers between 1954 and 1968. HEW said further that it had given seven and a half million dollars in grants to more than thirty university researchers who independently ran LD tests on human subjects.

What was not revealed until much later was than the CIA had used every possible military and civilian agency or government, as well as a number of universities and private research groups, to test LSD and other drugs, plus a whole array of psycho-technologies in an all-out search for reliable methods of controlling the human mind.

One of the documents John Marks obtained was dated July 30, 1956. Under the heading, “Schizophrenic Agent” the memo stated that bulbocapnine, an alkaloid, could cause catatonia or stupor from its affects on the central nervous system and the cerebral cortex. The report stated: “We desire to have certain psycho-chemical properties tested on man, using the bulbocapnine which we were fortunate to obtain from (deleted), a sample being enclosed herewith. More bulbocapnine is available if needed.”

Besides drugs, MKDELTA and MKULTRA experimented with radiation, electroshock, psychology, psychiatry, sociology, anthropology, harassment substances and what were called “paramilitary devises and materials.” Contacts were made with individuals at prominent hospitals and drug “safe houses” under Bureau of Drug Abuse Control. Through the Bureau of Narcotic and Dangerous Drugs and federal institutions such as prisons, drugs could be administered to unsuspecting individuals.

Patrick J. McGarvey, a veteran of fourteen years in U.S. intelligence services … said that his indoctrination was carried out in a classroom which was “right out of The Manchurian Candidate. It was a cavernous room not unlike a nineteenth century surgical exhibition pit.” That training, he said, consisnted of “an admixture of common sense, insanity, old-time religion, and some of the weirdest lectures you can imagine.”

Experimentation with drugs and behavior modification became so widespread in prisons and mental institutions that in the middle and late 1960s court dockets became crowded with lawsuits filed on behalf of the “human guinea pigs” who were victims of such research. By 1971 the number of lawsuits had reached such proportions that the Senate Subcommittee on Constitutional Rights began an investigation. Three years later, the Senate Committee on the Judiciary, chaired by Senator Sam Ervin, released a report entitled, “Individual Rights and the Federal Role in Behavior Modification.” It was largely ignored by the press, yet it revealed some interesting information …

The report disclosed that thirteen [such] projects were run by the Defense Department; the Department of Labor had conducted “several experiments”; the National Science Foundation conducted “a substantial amount of research dealing with understanding human behavior”; even the Veterans’ Administration participated in psychosurgery experiments, which, in many cases, were nothing more than an advanced form of lobotomy.

I expect this isn't a "new study" whatsoever, but rather something DARPA/black-budget which was in development 20/whatever years ago, and has been getting implemented for at least as long as the geoengineering planes have been spewing nano particlulated metals (& "Morgellons" nanobots?) for us all to breath in. This was followed by the more literal version of Smart Dust, which was designed to open pathways to establish a human brain-computer interface.

The brain system was labeled "Neural Dust" (http://neurogadget.com/2013/07/18/intelligent-neural-dust-embedded-in-the-brain-could-be-the-ultimate-brain-computer-interface/8428#more-8428) and was intended to "monitor the brain from the inside." Inventors speculated that a network of nanoparticles injected into the brain could measure electrical activity in neurons, then use ultrasound to form a two-way transfer of data. This theoretically would lead to the reading, generation, or alteration of information - i.e., mind control. 3x with 3 different guests now, Rense has retold the story of what happened immediately after his crash, as reported to him by a state police investigator, as told to him by multiple eyewitnesses to the crash and/or its aftermath.

First to arrive, like immediately when JR's toyota came to a full stop, was a grey pickup truck. 2 men got out and ran straight to JR's wrecked land cruiser. Ignoring JR who was presumably dead, they rifled through the land cruiser, looking for something. It's unknown if they got what they were looking for. When the sound of the fire truck sirens could first be heard, the men got back in their grey pickup and sped off.

To hear JR tell it, first was to duffy on Monday, somewhere around or shortly after the middle,

all 3 guests speculated it was some kind of transponder, or directed energy weapon, or JR's laptop comp. Story makes it pretty clear though, the "accident" was a (zion.gov) hit attempt.

I've noticed JR's speaking has slowed just a notch, with a light slur as well. It's as though he's had a couple or 3 drinks. I wouldn't notice if I weren't listening for a few years already; many people just speak normally like JR does now. He's also spoken of how one injury he's also suffering is "meningitis" aka blood leaking from the brain and going down the spinal column. :(

Jim Keith is best known for the books Black Helicopters Over America and The Octopus, co-written with Kenn Thomas, which details conspiracy theories around the death of reporter Danny Casolaro. The book is based on the notes of Danny Casolaro, who reportedly killed himself, although Keith and Thomas examine the case for foul play in their book. Jim Keith also died under strange circumstances from a minor injury in 1999.
