is contesting a traffic citation considered a trial though?

Yes Pete, it is supposed to be a regular trial, like if you were there for killing someone......nothing is to big or to small......a trial is a trial.

On the 11 I am going to court on a summons.....I will not call it a "speeding ticket" or "a traffic violation" because by saying that you are saying that you are guilty".

If all that the sheriff has is a radar reading and his word then as far as I am concern he already lost the case because thre was NO VIDEO OR PHOTO with the date and hour stamped with the photo or video (if there is one).

I will try the part about "Who do you represent here your honor".....that one alone is a conflict ot interest.

The problem with the "Traffic" issue is that personal liberty is a right. However, thanks to national socialism, most Americans have surrendered that right. Without personal liberty, one trespasses upon the public ways unless one has permission (license).

After doing a little bit of digging around his site, I cannot find any corroboration that his tactics have proven successful. But I haven't opened all links nor read all postings.

I wish you good luck with the effort. Really mean that. Years ago I contested two tickets for one of my lowbeds. It was carrying one of our cranes and this Trooper decided to stop it for a safety check. The crane was fifteen feet wide, and had the needed permits. The shoulder wasn't wide enough to get all the way off the road AND the shoulder was soft. Truck got stuck. Traffic was tied up for hours. Got tickets for "loading as to spill" and "delaying traffic". The loading as to spill because when the trailer tires on the downhill side sunk the crane was "over center". Case went on for two hours with a whole bunch of pictures from me. Worth all the time. The tickets were thrown out and the Trooper admonished.,

I really don't care about the ticket one way or another, what I am looking forward is to raise hell, specially when I know that the sheriff made a booboo up.........all that the judge will have will be his word and a piece of paper saying that the radar gun is accurate.........but then you have the problem.....the machine that they use to check the accuracy of the radar? when was it last check for accuracy?

The cop did not "paced" me.......and I was parked on a private driveway when he flew by me a 100 mph with all his Christmas lighs on..............he even asked me (when he came back)"Did you stopped to take a piss".....also, he never had direct visual contact with me..........he will have no video or photo of THE CHASE ;D

Also, they have to go to class in order to learn how to use a new radar gun, if he doesn't come up with a diploma or a card or something saying that he did take the class then that's only heresay.......meaning that he does not qualify to use it

PS: Next day I did go back to take a "piss" and it took me 8.43 minutes.....that means that "he thinks" that he was AT LEAST 8.43 minutes behind me hahahahahahahah.
