What I find fascinating is that they registered USA, Inc. as a religious non-profit. But then I suppose that seems reasonable since one need to be a true believer not to see the incongruities.

The Delaware corporations listed, are created under the authority of the State of Delaware, and thus could not be synonymous with the Federal government, established by the U.S. Constitution, which is superior to the constitution of any one state.
Should that be the case then the created would surpass the creator.

Clarification.
All governments in the USA are corporations, because they're artificial persons, whose existence is not limited by the lifespan of any specific officer.

The Delaware corporations listed are NOT synonymous with the corporations whose offices are located in their respective capital cities.
Example: The State of Virginia (corporation) has its primary offices in Richmond, Virginia state.

The United States corporation has its primary offices in the City of Washington, District of Columbia.

The Delaware corporations listed, are created under the authority of the State of Delaware, and thus could not be synonymous with the Federal government, established by the U.S. Constitution, which is superior to the constitution of any one state.

While this is true, isn't it also true that agents of a specific corporation may have dual duties in more than one organization; sometimes agents will work for both the trust that is the united States as well as UNITED STATES, INC. Most of the time the agents themselves do not realize where the duties of one organization ends and the other begins, therefore it is almost impossible for most people to decipher which capacity they are interacting with you under.

Original Jurisdiction is still used in some capacities, it has to be, but they do funnel almost everything through the corporation when they can. It is my understanding that the original jusisdiction is as lean as lawfully possible, and it is entirely possibly for an original jurisdiction officer to "switch" into a corporation role during the middle of a conversation, if one is not vigilant.
