reading Harvey Organ about JP Morgan this morning :o

"Here is a commentary from Chris Martenson where he believes that JPMorgan will not have to change any of their ways."

http://www.chrismartenson.com/blog/jp-morgan-wins-cftc-position-limits-do-not-apply-them/50663

as much as i admire Chris M., physical reality will trump paper reality.

just as real sex is better than Second Life sex (pick your metaphor), JP Morgan can machinate all they want, but they cannot conjure silver out of thin air.

reading about it gives me the feeling that the grab for physical silver - that has now intensified with the drop to the $28's - is going to be putting a squeeze on silver soon - in the next 3 months.

this is similar to the same feeling i had after the CFTC hearings in March 2010, when it became obvious that gold at $1100 was actually a good deal.
