How many people born in the US, in 1961, have no record of birth or birth certificate?

When the election started, I didn't put much belief in the Big O not being a citizen but the more I've read, the more I wonder. I'm a poor sheep farmer ( working as an electronics tech) and I have a birth certificate with my little foot prints on it, a nice gold seal and the signatures of the doctor and nurses there at my birth. One of the nurses is still alive and I'm 60. Yet the best the President of the United States can come up with is a Certificate Of Live Birth . Sun Yat Sen had one and he was clearly born in China. This just isn't right.
