View Full Version : A DPS Trooper recently accused me of a felony, then proceeded to walk away

But I wasn't going to let him get away with that nonsense. So I followed him and engaged him. He was accusing me of altering the serial number on my automobile (the number plate on the dash under the windshield aka the so-called 'V.I.N.') which is a felony in Texas. He happened to see my automobile (which lacks TEXAS 'license plates') parked in a parking lot as he was passing through and he lay in wait for me. I ended up talking to him for about 25 minutes. It was a VERY interesting conversation to say the least, much irony ensued. He's been with the DPS for 15 years and I figured he's in his early to mid 40s.

Some of the highlights:

Trooper: "Rick Perry didn't go to the Bilderberger Conference because they have swell hors d'oeuvres, and he didn't go to Israel because it's a great vacation spot. He's 'kissed the ring' and been anointed for a 2012 presidential run."

"There's a collapse coming, and it's going to be beyond the imagination. People won't have food, they won't have jobs to go to, and they will be wiping their butts with $100 bills because the money won't be worth anything. 80-85% of law enforcement are conservative to ultra-conservative and we all see this coming."

(paraphrasing) "When TSHTF all of us in law enforcement will be protecting our own families and each other, everyone else will have to fend for themselves."

"I'm a constitutionalist." This is the height of irony considering that in the very beginning of the contact being made he was acting like a fascist/collectivist when he refused to see my very concise evidence (copied directly from the Texas Transportation Code) which clearly shows that I'm in no way required to register my automobile.

I made the point of saying that the USA was becoming a communist state and he corrected me by saying, "No, it's becoming a socialist state." To which I replied, "Either way, it's strictly collectivism."

Bear in mind that he was saying all this to a complete stranger he just accused of committing a felony and he persisted in his view that I was in clear and substantial violation of the law (from his perspective).

I made the point at least twice of telling him, "We're both on the same side, and like-minded folks like us need to stick together - NOT be divided."

Edited typo.

He didn't write me up for anything, it wasn't an 'official stop' - he was just very, very curious. We parted on the friendliest of terms and I'm hoping I get to talk to him again. I like the guy despite him being bull-headed on the license/registration issue. And the irony with that aspect is that he was accusing whole groups of people as being "brainwashed".

He was doing all the radical talking, I was listening. You have no idea how careful and deliberate I am with my language when in such a situation. The thing is, I was NOT going to let him walk away unchallenged after he said that nonsense in the beginning. The moment he first asked me a question I was smiling, friendly, and jovial with him. The first question he asked me was regarding who was a particular officeholder in Texas govt. I said, "I'm clueless, you have me stumped. I couldn't tell you if it's a man or a woman to save my life." (big smile) - as I knew where he was headed with the conversation. The more I deal with 'em the less they scare me. You should try it, it's very liberating.

I'm really curious what initiated him to say "a collapse is coming..."; did that just come out of the blue, or was it part of a discussion about the economy, politics, etc.? Can you remember what was the context of the conversation before that? Great job on standing your ground, BTW.

In a healthy society, the authoritarian personality would be excluded from public service. Also, cops would associate with non-cops after work. Unfortunately niether is true. TPTB want cops to associate only with other cops because it reinforces a one-sided perspective. Divide and conquer.
It is likely that many cops get tired of hanging around other cops for the same reason that many of us hate corporate politics.
Most cops actually believe they are serving the citizenry, be it true or not. I don't underestimate the human inclination towards denial. But just because they are in denial about their service (this applies to military as well), does not mean they are in denial about everything.

I think using caution and befriending cops is a good thing. One day we will need a few of them to stand up for the citizens they think they protect.
I think the OP handled things well.

That you somehow feel bonded to a member in a group of corrupt corporate thugs that have the power to crush your skull and destroy your life with no repercussion might be a stretch?

Our enemies have successfully reached out to all types of goys and made allies out of them by lying. As in the Protocols "One third or our subjects will keep the rest under observation".
Maybe we can get some of them back by discussing the truth. Most may be too dumb to be swayed by the truth, but when their most respected members show support for our side, they'll have doubt and hesitation about supporting the New World Order.

Unlike many of you dyed in the wool cop-haters, I'm actually out there on the frontlines fighting tyranny everyday, which means I run the very real risk of getting shot at everyday. I need as many 'friendly' cops as possible on my side. And yes, I give every cop the benefit of the doubt unless and until he (or she) proves they're an irredeemable asshole.

Say for example I get pulled over by some cop or deputy who doesn't know me and this fellow I mentioned in the OP gets called to the stop as backup. Don't you think I'd have less of a dilemma if a 'friendly' showed up and told the cop who made the stop that I was a good guy?

You catch a lot more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. And there was no way in the world I was going to let this trooper walk away unchallenged after making that completely baseless and asinine accusation. Not only that, I'm a faithful witness, and when called upon I do my duties as set forth by the Father - even if that means screwing up my schedule (which was the case in this instance).

Concerning the accusation, bear in mind that cops are trained to accuse and observe reactions. Right or wrong, this is just a routine tactic not to be taken seriously.
Even when they took polygraph tests, the first thing they did after the test is tell you that you flunked it to see what you would do. Since they knew the tests were inconclusive they figured at least a percentage of suspects would break down in response to their tactics.

There is no downside to a LEO lying to you but the reverse is not true. You tell even the slightest fib and get detected in that lie and you will have created an action that is criminal. Even an honest omission can be classed a lie.

For all you know this guy might be an undercover FED. If you hesitate to talk to a local cop you better have extreme reservations about even discussing the weather with a FED. I even had a county detective tell me right up front that he operates under much narrower guidelines of professional integrity than feds do. He had an apologetic attitude about being a cop. It was like he felt guilty being a cop because of the feds. I said nothing that should have put him on the defensive.

There is absolutely no reason for anyone to talk or try to make friends with cops.

Why?

The institution of what is a police force should be studied carefully. Read your history and know why police forces were created. Their creation has nothing to do with the protection of the general population, but more for the protection of the Elite members of society. I.e., pick pocket problem in 18th century England and the loss of promissory notes by wealthy victims.

Cops have a self interest in finding criminals, it secures their employment. Couple that self interest with a deficit spending for government and there is an incentive to rob the public in general in favor of those holding government bonds.

Having said that, if you have no principles, and do not know who the hell you are, you are a prime victim for the state machine.

You know the saying: "If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything."

America stands for the grandest experiment in political economy of Mankind, if you feel the need to validate yourself by trying to make friends out of cops, you do not know who the hell you are and deserve to be treated as a slave.

You are the beneficiary of a spectacular gift, King, Man, Sovereign, reduced to slavery begging for scraps from your servant's table.

Do yourself a big favor, stop grovelling. Get off your ass and go to a library and study history, find your rich heritage and be proud of the Genes you are carrying in your blood.

Stop your short sighted bigotry, and learn how the jews have taken advantage of their education to slave you and your children.

Once you know the Truth, you will never be enslaved again, your children will not be enslaved.

And then you will see that you will not have to fight Tyranny because it will never have a chance to rise in the first place.

Considering my relatively high profile activities, having that sort of an attitude is a good way to end up dead real quick like. In fact I asked this trooper if he was familiar with the SPLC (with no mention of Moron Dees at all) and he said very contemptuously with utter disgust dripping from his response, "Yes, I know about Morris Dees." He then went on to warn me that I needed to be very, very careful because of my approach to the law (very clearly implying I could easily get shot because of SPLC brainwashing of cops in general).

It's easy to assume that all cops and Masons are aware of the things GSUSers say about them, but IMO, just like nearly everyone else, they're in denial about their organization/profession. Even if they are aware about many of the events happening that the media conceals, the organization/profession they identify with is the last thing they'll become aware about.

GSUSers tend to have a much higher keen sense of the obvious than the general public and thus have a hard time accepting such denial in others. Before we write others off as evil, remember your long time friends and family who will deny any conspiracy you try to enlighten them about. Remember the seemingly disingenious remarks they make.

In today's news:

UHP trooper on paid leave after punching woman 5 times
January 21st, 2011 @ 9:55pm
By ksl.com
OGDEN -- A Utah Highway Patrol trooper is on paid administrative leave pending an investigation of an August traffic stop in which he punched a woman several times.

A spokesman for the Department of Public Safety declined to comment on details of the incident involving Sgt. Andrew Davenport, a cousin of UHP Commissioner Lance Davenport. But the department released three videos Friday that show the aftermath of a pursuit that led troopers winding through Ogden just before midnight on Aug. 28.

Darla Wright told KSL News she doesn't remember much about her arrest, just her window being shattered as a hand came through and punched her. Officers first spotted the 53-year-old woman speeding and weaving southbound on Washington Boulevard, according to incident reports. Andrew Davenport and other troopers repeatedly tried tactical maneuvers to make the car spin out before finally cornering it in a business parking lot off Harrison Boulevard, a few blocks south of McKay-Dee Hospital Center.

In a report Sgt. Davenport wrote, he said the driver, Darla Wright, "had the accelerator floored and engine revving in an attempt to push our vehicles out of the way." The sound of the engine cannot be heard over blaring sirens on the videos.

The sergeant wrote that Wright would not roll down her windows or exit the vehicle despite numerous commands from him and two other troopers.

Sgt. Davenport can be seen in the videos breaking the front driver's-side window, reaching into the car, and punching Wright five times to the head while another trooper deploys a Taser through a rear passenger window. He was taken to the hospital to get stitches in his arm.

"I delivered three close-hand strikes to her head in an attempt to gain compliance with our commands. I did this to distract and stun her and to stop her from trying to drive off and strike our vehicles or possibly run us over," Sgt. Davenport wrote in his report. "The strikes worked and we were able to grab her hands."

After she was placed in a patrol car, Wright can be heard in the videos yelling and swearing at troopers.

Troopers found prescription drugs in Wright's car, according to the reports. She was booked into the Weber County Jail for investigation of driving under the influence, eluding police, reckless driving, assault on a police officer and resisting arrest.

"I delivered three close-hand strikes to her head ... to distract and stun her and to stop her from trying to drive off and strike our vehicles or possibly run us over." Sgt. Andrew Davenport (in police report)However, Wright was only charged with failure to stop or respond at the command of police, a third-degree felony. Court records show that the case was dismissed Jan. 13, but do not indicate why.

Wright doesn't remember much about that night, except the pain of being hit.

"What did they do?" she asked in an interview Friday. "(Did they) knock me out to put me to sleep? What did they do?"

She recalls the smashing of glass and "a black glove coming through and hitting me … just smack."

Wright wants people to see the video of the incident and decide for themselves if the trooper's account is true.

"Yeah, and how many other people has it happened to?" she said. "It should not happen to anybody else ever again."

Almost five months after the incident, the internal investigation of Sgt. Davenport is still pending. But that is not unusual, said DPS spokesman Brian Hyer.

"The review process does take time because several pairs of eyes look at it," Hyer said Friday. "That time allows for a very critical review to be done."

As for Sgt. Davenport's relation to the commissioner, Hyer said, "That has no bearing on this case or any other case whatsoever," adding that Lance Davenport has "a proven track record" of integrity.

Hyer said he could not say when Andrew Davenport was placed on leave because the investigation is an ongoing personnel matter. He added that troopers are trained in the proper use of force.
